This is a very unprofessional place of business . I called cs yesterday to notify u-haul of late return and give notice that the milage was less than what paperwork stated was my start milage. Gas amount was incorrect an that the Oil change required light would not go off the dash. So I set up return for this morning. So I was there to return it at 6:40am and I could check it in cause posture wouldn't load.. so at a little after 7am female employee got there I got out the truck and I was parked at the bay and she got all loud cause I was asking her about the app wanting me to move the van. So we had words cause I wasn't doing here job an move it cause it was parked where my instructions said. Then I get my bill I am I am charged for gas and two different vehicle number saying that vehicle didn't have any gas when it was slap full. I took pictures of millage and gas gauge. Now so my bill went up . This is flat out vindictive petty unprofessional behavior. I was there before 7 am and the employee got mad cause I wasn't going to have her holler at me and I felt threatened due to the aggressive behavior. So now she messed up my bill and told cs agent that my pictures were not from the vehicle I rented I believe this was intentionally done to cause me to pay more money. I only went 13 miles and I returned it full of glass an was there at 635 am . I hope this matter is cleared up cause but I want to file a complaint immediately.thanks Laura NeelyLaura N.

The agent couldn't explain my charges toe then the next day when the GM called me she was very rude, I told her please don't take anymore money off my card until I can talk to someone to explain these extra charges she yells to late already did and hung the phone up on my face! I am still in complete shock and still trying to get someone on the phone to explain things to me. I will never rent here again I had my phone on speaker because of the way she was talking to me everyone in my office was in disbelief!Roxann R.

There was left over food under the seat which was gross and made the uhaul smell horrible. There were soda stains all over the floor and dash. The back was not sweeped. The customer representative was extremely disrespectful and did not help at all. She was very rude and rushed. She was basically yelling remarks the entire time. She told me the key were in the vehicle but when I went out to the vehicle they were not there. Another gentleman reach out and gave us the keys and dolly ever though we asked here about the items.ABIGAIL W.

I was charged for moving pads I requested, but did not receive. Additionally, I was charged an after hours fee even though I dropped the trailer off at 9:00 AM. I was also given the incorrect address on my U-Haul contract from my pick up location so it was a total mess to drop off the trailer at a completely different address than the one I was provided on my paper copy. Absolutely terrible service and being charged for moving pads I did not receive makes it even worse. I have had great experiences with U-Haul before, but this was so terrible. Plain and simple, I am so upset I am being charged for pads I didn't use and an after hours fee even though I delivered the trailer multiple days in advance. What a joke. No office to even speak to a U-Haul representative. I will not use U-Haul again if I do not get a refund, because this is ridiculous.Robert K.
***This survey is garbage because it asks for overall review about the pickup location, not U-Haul itself.*** The pickup location is very professional and terrific customer service, 5***** there. The issue I have is with the equipment being inoperable and unsafe, and how U-Haul handled this. The trailer rented presented a significant safety issue because the wheel strap on one side was cut and would not stay secure. I had to change my itinerary at nearly $400 additional cost due to extra travel time to go to a location where I could drop off my towed vehicle and turn in an unsafe trailer for which I was charged a "wrong destination" fee in spite of the obvious safety condition of the trailer itself. Now I will have additional expense on the back end arranging alternate transportation for my towed vehicle because the wheel straps would not remain secure. Very disappointed with U-Haul for the way they handled this problem.Nathan W.

Great folks here. Kind of hard to get to, but the team working here make it worth the effort. They took my truck in 10 minutes before they closed and were professional till the end. Much appreciated them for hanging in there for me. The truck was with fuel and I swept out the back and cleaned the front out, so the check in was quick and smooth. I have watch these guys three times no with other rentals, work with other people who are checking out and checking in trucks and trailers. These guys have incredible patience with everyone and are kind/respectful, when they would have reasons not to be, as I have seen customers be rude and short with them. These guys are Saints. Really a great group here and should be recognized for their hard work, as well as their patience for sure.THOMAS Q.
