I never visited this location and they will not refund money. I did not check a box and feel this is a scam. I am with a school district just needing a trailer. Why in the heck would a school need a storage facility. Check security footage and you will find not I nor anyone visited this place. We will rent a trailer regularly for trips, we can find other solutions!!! Fraud has happened!!

GUADALUPE G | Overall ExperienceI needed a place to store some items for a few weeks and UHaul storage helped me out greatly. The staff were super helpful and friendly. If I ever need a place to store some stuff, I will not hesitate to use this UHaul storage again.

Anna J | First ImpressionsI rented a truck for an in-town move and then took advantage of the free month rental of a small storage space (to give me time to figure out what to do with extra stuff.) The customer service was excellent at every turn!!! Salem was friendly and very efficient with the paperwork. She was very helpful and pleasant. Moving days in August are always miserable and I am sure they see customers at their worst but she always smiled and listened and acted like she truly cared. I would recommend them again and again!
