They were friendly and fast.

Trailer they had hooked up to my u-haul truck had a bad looking wheel rim. It was rusty or recently welded and wasn’t very save looking. Was told to come back in a few hours and they may have a new trailer hooked up but not sure because we are so busy. The sales person talked to us for at least 15 minutes about not having time to do it when in fact he could have done it while putting us off. He called me early evening to say it was ready and I could not pick it up until Thursday morning as now I was busy. Very poor customer service.

Fire Sue. She’s literally the bane of existence for any human. If you want to get treated like you’re in an abusive relationship then she’s your go to. Worst customer service I have ever experienced by far. Sue is truly a pathetic human being that does nothing but waste our precious oxygen because when you treat a polite person that goes out of their way to clean the heck out of tote trucks like that for literally no reason I can never forgive that. Sue is basically the equivalent of Hitler but uglier.

My husband was told that they could not help him to check-in and sent him to try and get his phone to work outside in the cold for over an hour. I called customer support and was transferred 5 times and on the phone for an hour just to have them write a note on the account but get nothing done. We were quoted 45 dollars including mileage and they tried to charge him $132.86 for a 5-hour rental. Not only that but while we were moving his car was broken into when he was parked right in front of the doors of the U-haul. My husband suspects an employee was to blame because it was in front of their office and they declined to look at the tape from the security camera and denied they saw anyone go into his car. After that, the manager told him he would be charged 35 dollars for not filling the tank up a half-gallon after he had already topped it off and it was at the same gauge it was at the same spot that it was. Will be avoiding the Abilene U-haul and U-Haul in general from now on. We will be filing a customer action file after this.

I had asked for a Chevrolet Pickup because of the tie downs. There was a Ram and a Chaevrolet pickup on the lot. I specifically asked for the Chevy. They brought me a Ram. I protested and said the tie downs were better on the Chevy. He said the tie downs were the same, but I had just looked at them and they were not the same. But then they did let me have the Chevy. The initial price was higher than I had been quoted. When I pointed it out, they did make it right. I had tried to do the initial stuff on line like the email said, but when I got there they did not seem to know anything about it. But over all it was a good experience.

why did you charge me $20 for having to unhook the unit myself ... i don’t get the extra charge for returning the unit to the correct place per contract and then getting a $20 charge.... it’s not my fault the return time was after hours perhaps my return time should have been during business hours

The pick up app is terrible and takes SOOOOO LONG. Cannot upload pictures without crashes. Epic waste of time. Thankfully the staff here were kind enough to help me so I could stay on schedule. Drop off was wonderful thanks to them as well!!

Customer rep by the name of Jerome at S Clack location was very rude! His attitude was unacceptable when asked for the Uhaul phone number for after hours.

Dennis is very helpful and attentive. I returned the first trailer I picked up earlier that day because I noticed it has badly damaged right wheel rim, he assisted me right away and apologized, then they gave me a replacement trailer. It's not really a big of a deal for me because I'm not in a hurry. On the replacement trailer, I noticed a burnt out bulb at the trailer's license plate and they fixed it quickly. I would recommend this location for their fast and great customer service.

Uhaul on Clack is absolutely the worst location in town. I've never heard of running a second transaction upon return on top of the pending transaction. So ultimately you get charged twice until the pending charge drops in approximately 5 days. The employees look and act unprofessional.

Make sure you have stock on hand . I was going to buy a bike rack to go with the trailer rental so I could do them both at the sametine, however you didn't have any other than the display and not all the parts to buy it. You also need more employees to work the insude. The woman that set us up with the trailer was very knowledgeable, quick and very pleasant .

They check the storage units every night, and noticed when I had locked mine wrong. They put their own lock on it to keep anyone else out!

Several times we tried to use the lift as we rented an upstairs unit and have large pieces of furniture, and it was not operable. I would suggest fixing the equipment or not advertising the feature.
