When I dropped trailer off was yelled at by Mr Sullivan. I pulled into lane for check in. He walked right past looking into my drivers window. Nobody was inside the store. I was only vehicle in the lot. When I walked in to asked if anybody could check in the trailer and un hook it. Both employees setting down started shouting. I told them to do their jobs and unhook the trailer. Both of these people are in there mid 50's to 60's so they are not kids. While unhooking the trailer Mr Sullivan complained the whole time. Saying he was very busy. I told him nobody is even here. And the other guy was writing notes on a white piece of paper. Mr Sullivan said he was to busy to check in the trailer and walked away after unhooking it. So I went inside and the other guy came outside to check the trailer in claiming they where busy 1 car pulled up as he checked in the trailer. This location it terrible y'all need to send Corprate in to see just how bad it is. They need customer service training, when the younger kids are working it does seem to go better as they aren't as lazy.

After paying an additional twenty dollars to have the auto transport connected, the employee who hooked it up did so in a way that caused the right side of my front bumper to come off when the car was unhooked.

Turning the trailer in was easy. The young lady had the trailer unhooked and my receipt in my email faster than I could think about it. The whole process was very professional both in California and Texas.

They do not keep their trucks at full tanks of gas, which should be the standard. Instead they gave me one they said was at 9/16 and told me to return it at 9/16. When I returned it, although the needle was well above the 1/2 mark, they said it was not at 9/16 and charged me anyway. On top of that, both the person who checked in my truck and the person running the store at 5:30 pm on December 28, 2021 were unfriendly and rude. The person running the store said "It is what it is" when I complained about being charged for something I disagreed with. In other words, he was saying too bad for you, we're going to do what we want. When I told him I wouldn't come to that location again, he said "good". Very, very dissatisfied. I'll be writing other reviews and I'm considering a chargeback for the gas charge.

I reserved a trailer and an appliance dolly only to be told the dolly is a "first come, first served basis'. Try moving washers and dryers without a proper dolly! Their attitude was less than stellar, but the trailer was find and the lady who actually hooked the trailer up was very professional.

The front office was completely understaffed. I waited over 45 mins for a tow dolly after completing the online check in. I was going to say something but according to the name badge the man who was helping us was the owner. I don't know if he was having a bad day or what - but he was RUDE!

I am very disappointed in my Uhaul experience today. I was treated with Corrine customer service my entire trip. First, I showed up at the location, and the equipment was not ready. The manager told me that they would assist me with loading my vehicle on the trailer to and from. When I arrived in San Antonio, I was treated horribly. I was mocked and humiliated by a Uhaul worked naked Kenneth. He embarrassed me in front of other customers and my wife. They would not assist me in helping me take the straps off my vehicle. I called the Abilene office, and they told me they should help you. The San Antonio store said they would not. Once again, I was mocked by the same associate Kenneth. I asked the other associate how he could let his associate speak to me in this manner. He told me that he was new to the job. This is unacceptable, and I will be calling corporate in the morning. As an active duty service member, I have shopped with Uhaul for 19 years, and this was the worst experience ever. I am so disappointed.

The staff at the Clack St. location is always fast and efficient, and the service is top-notch. One who helped me, today, was quite the comedian, and Amanda not only remembered me from previous rentals, but also gave me the contact info for a friend of hers who paints vehicles. This is an excellent UHaul location!

The computer system kept freezing. The associate had to restart it three times. Other staff was rude to the lady helping me. Once it was finally fixed the parking lot was so cramped I had to wait for multiple other vehicles to leave before I could get to the trailer I was assigned. The entire process took way longer than expected.

In all fairness, I believe the facility was having technical issues with the computer; however, the "secure" door to the storage area was malfunctioning, as well. Spent a lot of time waiting.
