The issue is more than just this location. I went online to make my reservation, and it set me up with a 3:00 a.m. pickup for a vehicle which I did not want. By the time I got to the location that I wanted to pick it up from the vehicle had already been rented out a second time. Which required me to go up to zillionople to get the truck that I wanted. This also required me to use more miles because the other location was about 5 to 10 miles away from the original location. I'm angry and frustrated not necessarily at the store but the whole U-Haul experience. If you can pass the speed back on to somebody above who looks over the region, I think it could provide them a good opportunity to do better. Gracias

Had people I hired to help pack waiting the whole time. The interior was dirty, coffee stains all over dashboard.
