The 24/7 was setup. I arrived at 630am for my 7am pickup and it had been changed to wait to site opens at 8am because they forgot to put the key in the lockbox. Had to come back at 8am. Had people I hired to help pack waiting the whole time. The interior was dirty, coffee stains all over dashboard.

The cargo area had previous ropes tied on the side wood. There were miscellaneous screws in the cargo area. It was very apparent no one looked at or cleaned the cargo area. The handle for the door was broken on the drivers side door. The trucks should go through some checklist or process to ensure they are clean and mechanically sound.

The vehicle cab wasn't clean. The location didn't have the furniture pads we asked for. The woman working when we dropped off the vehicle made us take the dolly back to the storeroom because her foot was hurt, she asked me what the mileage was on the truck without verifying it for herself, and she didn't know where the printer was to print our receipt. I still haven't received the emailed receipt!

You have already improved the major problems of reservations being deleted. 2 years ago my reservation was cancelled by someone who worked at The General Rental Center in Cranberry twp 16066. The owner had no other vehicles for me at the time. And all I got was "sorry". We have a birthday party every year for my son and use Uhaul to transport a grill tables etc for the party. That morning was a disaster for us. You were great as a company and compensated us with a check, which we never cashed. You did more for us than the rental center did. I was using a competitor until until you changed the way reservations were made. ¡Gracias!

Provided padlock with no key â€" that is not an advisable practice. The app would not let me pick up the vehicle â€" had to rely on the Sunoco convenience store attendant to get the keys. One of the rear view mirrors went out of alignment every time I shut the door. Dusty cabin and box.

My pickup was not ready when I got to the location. I was told that the key for the U-Haul was never put in the lock box so I had to wait till an employee arrived to get my U-Haul.

I am extremely frustrated with the service that I received through UHAUL. I had called twice ahead to ensure that there was a 10' truck available for the move that i was planning. The employee ensured me twice that it was available and it was $19.95 and an additional .99 per mile. I drove 45 minutes out of my way to pick up this truck for them to tell me that it was a $100 flat rate. He then proceeded to tell me that it would be cheaper for me to take the stick, drive it 45 minutes to drop off the furniture that i was purchasing, to then drive it 45 minutes BACK to the sunoco to return the truck and then drive 45 minutes back to my house. He ensured me that I would be “saving so much money.” A 2 hour trip turned into an all night ordeal for me to basically be spending the same amount of money. If i would have known that this was the case, i would've chosen one of the MANY options that i have closer to my house. When I asked why the $100 was a flat rate and not the $19.95 + 0.99, he could not give me an answer even after calling his boss. Going through this company was a complete waste of my time.

My rental was double booked. My scheduled location didn't have the truck I reserved. The person who I spoke to on the phone to move my reservation was very helpful, but this situation was unacceptable.

Possible the worst experience of my life. The mobile pick up wouldn't work. The rep on the phone was unprofessional yelling at me on the phone HEY! as I picked up when it was passed to me by the lady at the counter. They gave me a different truck that was dirty and it broke down on the way back. The emergency brake came on for no reason at a stop sign then it would not release. I should have spent the extra $10 for a budget truck.

I called on Tuesday asking to rent a smaller truck the next morning, but when my husband went, the only truck was a 20' one. We were on a time schedule and had no choice. Paid $20 more, plus 20 cents a mile for for 60 some miles. NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT.

The clerk at the Sunoco gas station was very helpful. Since I have never driven a truck before, she helped by backing it up and turning it around for me in their lot. I'm am extremely grateful and she did it all in horrible snow conditions.

When I made the reservation, I requested to have the UHaul dropped off at this location since if ti only a few minutes from our final destination. Per the contract, we didn't have to drop off the truck until before 8:00AM on 06/23/19. My to my surprise, I was driving on the way home (after being on the road for 9 hours) and received a call from a UHaul dealership in Butler PA. He wanted to know when we were dropping off the UHaul and wanted to know if we could drop it off at his facility since he has the truck rented out again instead of in Zelienople. I was shocked and pissed!! For starters, we can per the contract keep the UHaul for 24 hours. And two, why would I drive 20 additional miles out of my way to drop off the truck when that was not in my reservation? I thought that was very unprofessional of the gentleman to contact us as a customer to "help" him out. It is not our problem, that the truck was overbooked. He did say that he would waive the miles restriction, but that is still unacceptable. We ended up returning the truck to the original location in Zelienople and that gentleman was also very accommodating. We have rented UHaul's in the past and have never had these problems. From making the reservation to dropping off the truck - this entire process was very frustrating . It makes me really wonder if I would need another rental truck in the future, if I would choose this company. Seems to me that there should be more training in customer service satisfaction. I guess this company does not have that at their top priority.

Wasnt bad, they are open great hours for sure. There is only 1 person and they cannot leave the building so you have to unhook the trailer solo. I am a fit military guy in my 30s so not an issue for me. Others might have had problems lifting the tongue of a 6X12.

Customer service at this location was amazing. The woman working at the time of pickup, was friendly, answered questions and was knowledgeable of the process. If I was to recommend this location it would not be because of the equipment, as the truck was not in the best condition.

The size vehicle i reserved online was unavailable at a local location so I was bumped to a further location. U-Haul kindly discounted the service for the inconvenience via phone message, thank you. The only problem I had with the whole "rental experience" was that the discount hadn't been pushed into the computer system to be billed properly. While a note was made to recognize the discount given, it took a while longer and near heroic effort by the young lady at checkout to call, void and reinput, thank you. I luckily wasn't pressed for time, miracle...
