The truck was filthy. The owner did not show up at the location until 30 min behind opening hours and would have been later except U-Haul called to tell him I was waiting on him. Said he was shaving. Will never use this location again. The doors on the truck were broken and the inside was wet and nasty

Rahnasha SLocation is not the problem. It was U-Haul itself. When I placed the order online he gave me a pickup destination. When I arrived to that pickup destination on Friday morning the location owner at the tire shop showed in his system that I was picking up almost 15 miles away in another town. By then my wife had already dropped me off and left to go to work so I was alone with no vehicle police. Luckily the owner of this tire shop understood and insisted me on getting a U-Haul right then and there. About two or three hours later I got a phone call from the other location asking was I going to pick up my U-Haul. I explained to them the same thing and I'm writing here and the lady went ahead and cancel that order. I've had this issue in the past and I thought it was a one-off but apparently it was not. I don't understand why the location showed one thing in his system and oh my app will show his location
JOHN HClerk was not friendly. But overall. I would go again.
Zandra GUhaul was a bit dirty but no big deal! Was great!
