Eric KPositive first: The front desk attendant was the star of the show! She even stayed after hours to assist with checking out process, since the mobile app was not working properly. I loved the rear camera too! The speedy return close out process was most appreciated! Negative: I did notice two cracks in the windows and damage to the back passenger side. The vehicle had a stale smell to it and one brake light was out. The vehicle was still very functional but some love and attention is needed, inside and out. Also, while I know the facility is a tire shop, the appearance is rather grungy and unwelcoming.

Abagail FFix your address in your system. This is the wrong address in Google. You have the wrong Hwy name. Owner states he has requested Uhaul make this change multiple times but to no avail.

ERICA BThe owner is such a friendly person and great to work with. She was able to help me when U-Haul’s online booking wasn’t working properly and picked up the phone after business hours.
KERRY HDid not appreciate being charge for fuel when it was just a shy of being on fuel. Followed all the instructions and called when my location was not being picked up at the drop off location. I called and explained and provided photos. Extra charge was not necessary.

Paul KExcellent customer service; we received a spotless small cargo van within an hour of placing our order (we scored furniture on eBay). We received instructions on basic operation and how to drop it off. We plan to use this location to rent the van again to clear out a storage locker in one trip. Very pleased with our experience.

Aubrey DJust put a sign on front regarding after hour truck returns . Sign just mentioned trailer returns not at front or block entrance. I returned truck with the rest of truck on lot. I was not sure if that was right.
