I had completed my move earlier than expected. I called the return to location to make sure the facility was open (Sunday afternoon) to return the trailer. The rep said yes and would be there until 5:00PM. Upon arrival, the rep showed me where to park the trailer and apologized that the U-Haul system was temporarily down. He assured me that my return time was noted and he would check it in as soon as the computer came back up. This is an example of great customer service!
