The clerk was very nice , but the truck was filthy. I had to clean the console area before I could place my drink and keys on there. I also had to bring all the blankets and dolly back inside myself (in the pouring rain), which are normally left inside the truck. The starting mileage was incorrect and there was a maintenance warning light on the truck. I would have requested a different truck, but I was on a tight time schedule.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI booked online and it changed my drop off to the same location as pick up so I had to wait a day and come all the way out of my way to pick up the truck. The first site at South Plaza trail in Virginia Beach was very rude and unhelpful to us and other customers coming in.
James EKey drop box not easily identifiable. Very clean.
carey sDid not interact with personnel at drop off- so could be Not Applicable- said no ask the drop box for the key was not marked, just a wall mounted mailbox that might have just as well been there for US Mail, had to call to confirm
SCOTT KUhaul is a fundamentally dishonest company that will try to cheat you out of your money and gaslight you. I'll never rent from them again.
