Nothing I like how easy the app was. And the ease of picking it up at one location and dropping it off at another location if needed, which is what I did and it worked out perfectly.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWould have been great had someone been in the office at 9:00 am, when our reservation was set for. We had to search for a phone number and call for someone to come from their house across the road. Even then, being LATE, she didn’t even bother to apologize for the delay. Time is money, and we were up against schedules for two home closings, movers arriving, etc.
Jennifer RI do not like to use this drop off and specifically requested a different drop off. There is never anyone available to help unhook the heavy trailers.
NIKKI KMy initial reservation was at Midgard in Conway, AR, for a 10’ truck at 9 AM. Even though there were 3 trucks in the lot, the assistant at Midgard told us that there were no trucks available and sent us to get a 15’ U-haul across town. He did not tell us that our reservation was moved to 1 PM, which we found out after a 10 minute drive in the rain. We needed the truck earlier than that, so I called U-haul and spoke to a person who moved my reservation to 10:45 AM and sent us to a pick up location in Wooster, AR, where we had very bad cell service and where the only pickup option was through. We were told multiple times to use the U-haul app, but when asked to take a photo, the app would not allow us to do so. The screen that popped up when we tried to take a picture was a black screen with an orange circle on it, and when I tapped on the screen, a loading icon appeared and would not go away. I called U-haul and was passed around from person to person over the phone for over an hour. Finally, I was able to obtain the codes to get the UHaul key by signing in through the UHaul website.
Brandon KUsed online services to check the equipment back in. Location was clean and easy to access.
