I did not get a receipt for returning the trailer. They did not open the doors and check it out. I put the two dozen blankets in the trailer. did not use thirteen of them. I did not do an online return. I was told everything was taken care of. returned it on Friday 11-20-2020Robert H.

The lady I dealt with said that the truck was at 1/4 tank of gas, then I get to the drop off and they wanted to charge me for gas when I brought it back with a 1/4 of tank. NOT right.Brian P.

Only human on site was Amos, who was welding on a big rig used for hauling chickens. Office was closed (3:00 PM on a Friday) , rental trailers and trucks were parked in a nearby storage facility. Amos told me he was quitting and this was his last day. And he didn't know anything about U hauls. I asked him where I should drop the trailer. He said right where I was would be fine. So I dropped it under an oak tree in front of where Amos was welding away. No one checked in or inspected the trailer. So I drove away, hoping the clock had stopped ticking on my rental days. Felt real uneasy about the Wooster location. But Amos seemed cool.Brooks N.

I called Uhaul and they found this location for me. When I arrived they didn't know I was coming with the returns and no one was at the location. I did speak with a lady on the phone and she did give me directions on the drop off and was very nice and professional.Herbert S.

Advertised price for local use was not honored. Signage present stated local rentals at $29.00 per day. Price was $40.00 per day. Deceptive advertising! If rate is wrong on the posted signage, remove the signage.FREDERIC S.

I was charged $10.92 for using a debt card to pay for rental of truck. Banks don't charge that much. Debt cards are not suppose charge any kind of fees, so I would like for monies to be returned to my account thank yourandy M.
A u-haul drop box. A person to receive said rental. Dropping an expensive rental on an otherwise empty and unsecured lot doesn't give a customer a good feeling. Not to mention potential liabilities.WILLIAM M.

I've rented 2 uhauls in the past 2 months from Conway, but each time I've had to drive 10-20 miles to pick it up at a different location. I think Conway uhaul on Prince should have picked up the truck for me and had it at the pick-up location I chose. If you're going to have a uhaul business, you need to make it convenient for the customer!JANNA T.

They did not hook up the break lights etc. to the pull behind a rented and an hr away I was told about it and had to stop of in another town in Sherwood,ar. to get it fixed. my uncle is terminal and was traveling with me. This took almost an hr to handle. all they had to do was put on an adaptor to the plug on the truck. The place in Sherwood was awesome. Please let them hear my praises. I could have gotten a ticket form not having the lights hooked up or in an accident. And I feel this would have been uhaul's responsibility even though I chose not to get the insurance because this was not hooked up properly. I feel I need some what of a refund. And also I had to give my credt card info online for uahul to place the order for the pull behind. And I would like my deposit back of 50.00 The uhaul place in Wooster did not put the deposit amount on the invoice so I did not get my deposit back and she also could not get the computer to work to add the furniture dollie I needed also. so she just hand wrote the items number. I paid for that also but she was not able to add it to the invoice properly. I am very disappointed in Uhaul... Nothing but hassles. I wish I could get all of my money back. My poor uncle is dying and it was bad enough we had to travel but all of the mess ups went form a 7 hr trip to a 12 hr trip.
