This location, although stated in pick up that they did, did not have a dolly like we required. The employee was on the phone with somebody else the entire time and was not helpful at all. Told us that we needed to contact customer support and he could not do anything. We then had to spend over 45 minutes on the phone trying to contact the right people on a wild goose chase. Finally we were sent to a separate location that was promised to have one and they ended up not having a dolly either. So we were charged for the original supplies and then had to be charged for renting the furniture pads and a furniture mover piece of equipment that was not at all helpful. Really disappointed in this whole situation.

I was first given a "confirmation" to a location 5 minutes from my house. Once arriving, on time, I was told they didn't have anything available. I was sent to another location, 20 miles away...that's 40 miles round trip and 2 hours wasted of my time, gas, and they charge you by the mile. So to start I'm losing time and being charged for picking and dropping it off. Upon picking it up I told the clerk that I would bring it back in the afternoon on Monday. He never told me there was an exact time. So I retuned the truck on Monday, put $30 in gas in it, right at the half way tank, where it was, and went inside. He proceeded to tell me it wasn't close enough to a half tank and charged for $16 more for about 2 gallons. Mind you I was literally right at the gas pump at their location. Then he wanted to charge for an entire additional day for 1 hour...picked up at 3pm and returned at 4pm. After arguing with him about the additional day, he agreed not to charge me for that but insisted on the $16 for the 2 gallons of gas. Needless to say I won't be using Uhaul anymore. 1 Star, at best.
