It was a gas station and they took the key to the truck but couldn’t give me a receipt or anything.

They did not have all items I had reserved. The were missing a dolly and blankets.

Elaina SThey did not have any of the extras I requested - dolly etc. I reached out via chat to get a refund was kicked out and i havent been contacted back. The truck also only had 1/2 tank of gas. I returned with a 1/2 tank and I got charged an extra 37 dollars. All in all Im out nearly $100 and it doesnt look like Ill get it back.
Brian FDriver door would not close and i was afriad i was going to fall out, check engine light stayed on. I told the person who rented me the truck, she said ok. The gas station I rented the truck from was more interested in selling their gas and added 3 gallons to my bill after i bought 1 gallon of gas from them for the truck- i only drove 12 miles. This means your trucks gas mileage is 3 miles per gallon or they wanted to sell more of their gas. I was misled with the initial mileage rate, I was told $0.89, later I looked at my bill and it was $1.09. Terrible service, never coming back and will be telling everyone in Woodstock about my experience
