How many idiots does it take to subtract 14676 from 14828? They tried to tell me the truck rented had fewer miles and a full tank of gas. Luckily I checked before I left and found HALF a tank of gas and fifty more miles. I wonder if it's a scam... maybe she won't notice and she'll pay for the additional mileage and fill the tank for us. My husband said the same thing happened to him when he rented a truck from them a few months ago. Will NOT be returning!CHRISTINA C.

I told the salesperson that I did not want the insurance. I was charged for the insurance anyway. Might want to remind them the customer should have a choice. I have AAA coverage which of course also covers any rentals, including trailers.WILLIAM E.

They did not come out and inspect the truck. Took advantage of my girlfriend by saying the tank was full of fuel when it clearly was not. I I put 9 gallons of fuel to drive 8 milesMaria S.
When ordering the truck we ordered an appliance dolly and a dozen moving blankets which were not in the truck when we picked it up at 7 am. The store was closed at the time so we could not get our equipment for our move. It was a bit frustrating. Moving days are already stressful, this added that much more stress. The pick up process was extremely long. Longer than my last 4 U-Haul rentals combined. They have a mobile device (possibility there own person Mobile phone) Which is lagging, crashing and not operating. Then they have to use the computer while using the mobile device.
