The digital renting experience was very un-user friendly, even with the person at the UHaul desk. and WAY too time consuming! Exceedingly annoying.

Unbelievably easy experience. Awesome time working with Jacob here in Woodinville. Won’t be going anywhere else but here for these needs.
Brett CThe was a problem with the online check in, it didn't work as it should have. My son was not happy about this experience and I will never use this location again. Seems like we were a bother to the people working there. Maybe they don't normally serve minorities? I didn't appreciate the attitude. I'll stick to Kenmore I instead.
