First, having a system in place to ensure that employees are aware of customers waiting and then the employee taking action to help would be most beneficial. Second, if U-Haul should provide free secure Wi-Fi in their locations if you are going to require customers to open a link on their phone and upload images of their DL. We should not data use charges because of you business processes.

I needed some information from the rental facility and I couldn’t get through as it was pickup by the call center which they could not answer the question for them. As well as I left something the rental van and again I couldn’t get in contact with anyone there. This was very ignoring as not to be able to speck to some one there.

I appreciate that they were busy and I just needed to drop the truck off, but we didn't go over anything and they just stated that I would be emailed the results. The truck yard was somewhat cluttered, someone had dropped a trailer off in the drop off lane in the wrong direction. It seemed a but understaffed.

I typically do not leave reviews, but this experience was one from hell. I scheduled a hitch installation and motorcycle trailer reservation over 1 month before my vacation trip. Three days before my hitch installation appointment, the GM of this location (Caleb) called me and told me my hitch was back ordered (why was this not taken care of weeks in advance and not days before the appointment?!). I was told the hitch should still arrive before my appointment date and that he would be in touch with me. I never heard from ANYONE until the appointment date when I had to call myself to find out that the hitch still had not arrived. Caleb stated that it was out for delivery that day and to come by in two days to have it taken care of...guess what, I never heard from Caleb (or anyone) and when I went in for my installation they still didn't have my hitch. Caleb then told me to come by THE DAY BEFORE my vacation and he'd take care of me. Due to the poor communication and customer service, I cancelled my installation appointment and gave my business to a direct competitor who had me taken care of the next day. However, I still used U-Haul for my motorcycle trailer rental which thankfully was well maintained and in good shape. After getting the trailer, I asked a U-Haul worker which strap-downs he recommended for my trip and I ended up buying some based on his recommendation. Of course, before I could get out of Florida all 4 of them had already broke. Caleb told me that I would receive a discount based on my experience, but of course that didn't happen. Needless to say, I will never be giving this location my business again.

I had truck reserved for 4am. When i arrived and followed directions, i was guided to get the key out of compratment 2. That was a key to a van, not the truck i reserved. I called Uhaul to try to get correct key, but the customer service agent had no work around. So i had to leave and come back at 7am when this location opened. So when i arrived back for the second time, and met with the customer service agent, she looked at me weird,didnt apologize, and turned around and grabbed the correct key off the wall. What??? The correct key was inside the store. There was no way I could have taken the truck at 4am, when i needed it. So i lost three hours of moving time, i woke up early for no reason, and had friends ready to help...and of course they were no too happy. An apology would have been nice. It was obviously an error. Then when i returned the truck, the app notified me to drop the keys in the drop box by the front door. What key box??? Oh the one by the back building that was extremely poorly marked or lit. You should correct the instructions to go to the back building when looking for the key drop box at this location. I would have saved another 30 minutes walking all over the lot looking for the stupid drop box. Thanks Neal Thomas

The worst service I have ever recieved was by a Winter Park,Florida location where they robbed my of my money. I first got to the location and was greeted to the most rude lady at the front on 5/23 around 1230 am. I received a dirty truck and I returned the vehicle back to the location with the required quarter tank. When I received the a charge for 30 dollars on my card the following day i spoke the manager Calib and he told me I never put has to the truck, he basically told me I was lying on the phone. I put the required gas and being called a name as that was the most unprofessional thing anyone has done to me. He told me he was going to call me and never did. When I did call him he hung up on me on the phone. The service I recieved was the worst I have ever been thru. I will tell people on how I was treated .
