Got asked to return the truck early by one day. Took it back and got charged for gas, DID NOT receive my $25 dollar refund. Specifically asked before I left about it and still didn’t get it. Specifically asked about the condition and gas in truck, was told It was fine. I went out of my way to return early and got shafted. Would not ever use U-Haul again!

Only two U-Haul associates working on a Sunday morning and 10 people in line. Both young men were pleasant and trying to get customers served but unless booked online it's like renting a car at the airport...lots of details

Adjust the fuel refill requirement chart. On the vehicle I used, the number of gallons recommended to refill to the original gauge reading was almost twice the amount necessary. Also I was surprised that the total cost for my $19.99 local van rental (with no additional equipment or supplies) was $80. The cost isn't hidden or misrepresentated , just ultimately surprising.

I thought I had been clear about the box truck size I needed but got your smallest truck. That made me have to make 2 trips, which sucked for only a 10x5 storage unit. But the truck, cust service were great and chk out/ chk back in was very fast.

Have more pple on the shift I know you be trying to save money by cutting salary expenditure but waiting more than half an hour in line is just bad. You could see the employees were doing a good job going as fast as they could but pple kept on coming. This was terrible

After trying to drop off the truck in Winter Park (only a few miles from my house), was told "NO" without a huge upcharge. Told the truck had to go to downtown Orlando. So had to drive to downtown Orlando in a very undesirable area in a rain storm. The location was not found and no would answer the phone. Called corporate and was told "no problem" to drop off in Winter Park. An hour later drove back to Winter Park and dropped off the truck. Filed a complaint and the GM from WP called me back nonchalantly he could give a $35 voucher. That's unacceptable and need to have his district manager call me. Still have not heard back from anyone 2 days later. Please have the DM call me ASAP to resolve this issue...

Customer service was absolutely horrendous. This location had 4 customers inside waiting with no employees to be found anywhere. We all waited roughly 10min to be helped. I specifically told the employee (Jon) I didn't have a credit card to make the reservation. Knowing that he proceeded to help me make a reservation for a 9-foot cargo van. The following day I am there to pick up my cargo van and he informs me that if I pay with cash I need it put down a $100 deposit. He knew from the previous day that I did not have a credit card to pay with or make a reservation but couldn't disclose that information previously? He also informs me that I need to have a credit card to put on file to even be able to rent the 9-foot cargo van. Therefore he had to change it to a 10-foot van. The clearance on that van was a foot higher than the cargo van that I had originally arranged to rent. The clearance of the building that I had to back the van into in order to pick up furniture was eight and a half feet. All around this was a horrible experience and I got a simple $7 discount which I don't think was enough at all.

This was the opposite of the pick-up location - it was a full service U-Haul location and was excellent in all respects.

I returned the truck to this UHAUL location. I gassed it back up to 7/8 of a tank before returning the truck (although I see on the equipment contract that I was supposed to fill it back up to 15/16 of tank but I have a picture that shows that the tank was at 7/8 at time of dispatch) but was charged $17 for EZ fuel, which I am disputing at the moment. The receipt states that the gas level was at 13/16 of a tank instead of 7/8, which I believe the gas level was when returned. The UHAUL rep estimated $8 for the EZ fuel, and I decided that $8 was not worth my time to risk a late return. Of course, the final charge ended up being $17 for EZ fuel. I feel the gas level was estimated inaccurately (by human error or computer error) and I should not be charged $17 for fuel. The UHAUL rep was helpful and nice, and I am not trying to blame a specific person for a simple mistake that could be made by anyone, but if UHAUL is giving me an estimate for EZ fuel, then they should stand by that estimate instead of trying to make more money off of me due to reading the fuel levels incorrectly. I already spent $115 for the truck, plus the $10 of gas I put in the truck before returning it, and then I am charged $17 for EZ fuel. I actually believe the UHAUL rep that estimated the $8 EZ fuel sales was correct with his estimation because that would make sense if the truck was returned at 7/8 of a tank and needed 2 more gallons (and $8 EZ fuel total based on $4 per gallon) to get to 15/16. For some reason, the final receipt showed that it was at 13/16 of a tank which I feel is very inaccurate. I don't know if the UHAUL rep just enters the gas level based on what he/she sees or if he/she took a picture of the gas level, and uploaded it, and maybe whatever computer software is used to convert the image into the determination of what the gas level is just glitched and thinks that the image showed 13/16 of a tank instead of 7/8. I would like to see how this 13/16 estimate came about if possible. At the end of the day it is $9 dispute, but the way UHAUL is getting this extra $9 out of me is bogus. I am disputing based on principle.
