I got a bit of a run around for when I could pick up the trailer but since I had flexibility with time it didn't matter, if I was on a time crunch it would have been frustrating. The trailer needed new lights on it when I arrived, this should be done ahead of time.

The lady at the counter was working a slow pace. It took a line up before anyone came to assist at the other counter. Her customer service needs to be improved. However upon returning my rental was quick and easy.

First, I made a reservation for Gimli and then a day later was told the shop was closing so I had to rent from Winnipeg adding 200 km to my trip. I was not given all the correct cost information. I was bullied into insurance that I was not advised of when booking. I found insurance that was a fraction of the price a day later. I was told I could leave my car for the week I had the truck, I was told it was monitored and safe but when I arrived this was not the case and had to go home and ride my bike to the location cause I can't drive 2 vehicles. Then I get the truck and a message of needing an oil change on the panel so I go back again and they tell me to ignore it. It ended up costing me double of what I was quoted. I will never rent a U-Haul again

Unfortunately my 15foot truck was not available and was substituted a 10 foot. Customer service rep extended my hours to compensate. My initial rep was very approacable

Get the truck to where is was requested or give the customer time to make other arrangements. It was an awful experience and caused needless stress. Your customer service representatives are polite but pointless. Your policies are ridiculous. No matter how nicely they say they can't do anything to help it still isn't actually helpful.

Reserved a 20 foot van and dolly for June 29 2018 8am and arrived there to find out no truck or dolly. Had to wait until 1 pm to get a 10 foot van and was not pleased at all this is the third time this has happened at this location. Previous to this has no problem renting from this location. There needs to be better communication between the online reservation system and the physical locations.

Our reserved rental was not available on the date we reserved. We had to pick up at an alternate location the following day. When we arrived there were a lot of trucks available. We were puzzled as to why they wouldn't have supplied us with a truck the previous day from this location. They obviously had at least some units. We were offered a discount for our wait. Overall the service was good and employee at Century street location did his best to help. But, Uhaul needs to improve so that people who book in advance are able to have their unit available.

It was a nightmare . Had 20 ‘ truck confirmed than cancelled on us. Then get a email confirming date and time for the 30th than get a call stating no vehicle. Called and was told that they do gtee vehicles . Person was rude. Finally got a 10’ truck for sat 8.00 am. Thought price was for size of truck.

A bit of a line up to get the paperwork going at the location but all was good. Got our move done. Staff are good, friendly and professional. Have used U-haul in the past from this location and will keep doing so in the future.

i was late for my pickup appointment. I wrongfully thought that by doing the express checkin online that I was set, but that wasn’t the case. The woman helping informed me of what to do in the future for the express check in to be all I needed which was great! She had a very long line and she as obviously very busy but she remained focused on my transaction and was very knowledgeable. I was very impressed! Thank you!!

We reserved our vehicle online and specified the amount of days needed and the size needed. When we showed up, the vehicle was not there, and we were told that the reservation wasn't viable for what our request was, however it was confirmed on the website to us, so this was frustrating. We needed to wait 45 mins- an hour for a different size vehicle (about 10 feet larger than we wanted) to be unloaded and ready for us. The online system should be updated so that it is reflective of what is available for reservation.

I book a truck for the day. When got to the store there wasn’t a truck available it wasn’t returned on time. So the person suggested a van. When dropped off the van I was charged for two days. Picked up at 845am returned at 445 pm. The clerk after some discussion reduced the rate to a single day.

I found bed bugs in the cab of the truck it was not clean. If I find any sign in my new house I will be making a bigger complaint. It was very stressful thinking they could come into my new house. I also tried to call with no answer .so we had no choice but to use this truck
