Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulU-Haul changed our location for pickup at the last minute, so we had to go out of our way to this location. Also, they didn't have the items we purchased and had already paid for at this location. So, then we had to drive to the original location to pick up those items we had already paid for. It was very inconvenient.
Lisa SMaking sure that the truck has a full tank of gas before renting out. Instead of charging by the mileage have a better set price for relocating to another state. The cost was expensive and I had to fill the truck up before even driving to new destination.
Michelle AIt had spider roaches and spiders in it was not clean at all offered me 3 different dirty truck
Kenyatta LThe only employee was a small lady who was also working the gas station counter. She knee nothing about the uhaul or the connection of the trailer. She did not walk out with us to make sure it was correctly hooked up. The trailer has no break light cord. I asked and was told they had none. I needed a7 pin round adapter as well and found that they didn't sell accessories. I had to drive the trailer to the next town and wait for the auto store to open to but the stuff. Not great and it cost me time in my trip.
