I dealt with the owner and he was anything but helpful. I pulled in the wrong way when I entered and parked out of the way intending to ask how I should get to the right place. No one was in the building and I saw someone at the side. I stood there for at least 3 minutes and though I was in plain sight he didn’t even acknowledge me. Then when he was done checking in the truck he was working with he guy in it and drove it up front. When he got out and come inside his first question was “is this your drop off location”, Not a greeting. His tone was dismissive and rude. I have used your company many times in the past and I had, up until this point, always came back for the great service. This experience suggests that may not be where I go next time to rent a truck when I move my household to Massachusetts this year.

I called corporate to inquire about an active duty military discount. Customer service representative I spoke to said they definitely offer it at actual uhaul locations, usually is 10%. When I got to the location the manager told me flat out no military discounts ever offered. I've been given discount before from other locations.

The van assigned to me was double booked. As I started my online check in process, two women approached my van with the exact same number assigned to them. The people at the actual facility fixed the situation, but there is clearly something wrong with your systems and process. Had I had an off hours pickup and my van not been there, it would have been a big problem.

Every time I have gone to this particular U-Haul venue the customer service is terrible. The people working there act like they are imposed upon to help provide service. This is my 5th or 6th visit to this store for various needs. Same lousy service each time!! I love U-Haul trucks, so that's why I keep renting them

Upon my arrival to the U-HAUL location in Wilmington, MA to pickup my already reserved van, I was greeted with a line 20+ customers deep. Why? Because this U-HAUL location had only ONE person working, on the Saturday morning of Memorial Day Weekend. The result of this, was that I had to wait in line for 75 minutes to be served. This is unacceptable. I strongly feel I should be credited with a partial refund for my recent rental. It is in no way reasonable to make customers wait, standing in a line, for over an hour to pickup something already reserved. Unless a gesture of apology is shown to me from U-HAUL (like a partial refund, or otherwise credit, I will not be returning again for future rentals, nor could I recommend, respectfully.
