Was not Able use the early mobile app service, no key was left out. that's what selectio I choose and I had to get the truck when they opened. Also rep was alittle rude about charges .

Mechanically it was fine; unfortunately, we were charged for a filthy truck. This truck was filthy on the inside out outside and they charged us 79.50. We move our sons office of boxes and had to lay a blanket down to cover the dirt. This is mot exceptable!!

JAMES EJust handed the key over and filled nothing out. Was not asked miles used. Nothing. Upon the receipt it says I checked out at 5pm when it was 3pm.
LAUREN EStaff was rude and abrupt. Staff could not guarantee that my reservation could be filled and that they might not have the truck I reserved. Staff failed to call back to confirm that my truck was available on the day of rental. Staff failed to provide the combination to the door padlock. I had to return to the booth to request the combination.
