Customer service was very poor and lacking in professionalism. The person renting the equipment was totally untrained in how to use your software apparently as they even had to call after our return when she said we could go to get payment when clearly payment was already made.martha P.

The 24/7 Pickup needs someone to think it through in the real world. I was delayed 25 extra minutes while resolving an issue with the "alternate contact". I took my picture, the picture of my Driver's License and the next step was to Locate the Truck. We did that. I clicked continue, where it asked for an Alternate Contact, so I gave them the name and number of the person with me. We then got out of our car to look the truck over. He left his phone in the car while we walked around the truck. Likita, from UHaul, tried to call him, we missed the call. I get notified on the app. We go back to the car, see the missed call. I think "no big deal" I will just re-enter his information in the alternate contact fields and wait in the car for the call back. No such luck, I can't re-enter his info because it is now "already in the contract". I opened a chat and about 15 minutes later Likita tried again, my buddy answered and we were "approved" to take the truck. Seriously, that delay was not necessary. At least warn the customer to wait for the immediate call that is coming so they can warn the alternate contact that it is coming. Bizarre delay.Randall W.

You can have equipment more broadly available. Another vehicle that I'm renting,â€ In Townâ€, I needed to drive 25 miles one way to pick up. That 50 miles shouldn't be passed on to us when you used to be able to rent equipment close to your home. While times are unprecedented with all of the growth in this area, we should be able to expect the same things from a company that have always been done.Julie F.

The original reservation was for a 5x10 trailer for $30. When I got there, they didn't have the enclosed trailer I booked and I chose to go with a 5x8. This came out to $40. I don't understand why a smaller trailer ended up costing more. Seems unprofessional to me. I'll go with budget next time. They always charge what they say.Joshua J.

Give a correct quote. Before I took the truck out I was quoted .69 cent a mile but when I returned the truck I was charged.89 cent a mile. "I'm sorry they changed the rate and I didn't know " I asked if they would honor the original quote and they said "I'm sorry I cant"TROY H.
They did not have the trailer ready to go, the jack they used to hook me up broke and they did not have another one, so it took a while. Then they sent me off with questionable tires on one side and one blew out on the drive which put my life in danger. The person who fixed the tire said he would never rent a trailer with the extensive wear on the tires on the passenger side.Todd S.

I ordered a 20' truck with a 24/7 pickup and it took me almost an hour to get it. They did not set me up for 24/7 pick even though I said it like 10 times. I had to wait for the morning worker to get there just to finish the process. Also called U-Haul support 3-4 times to get it situated.Corey K.
