My experience at this location was horrible and I do not typically provide bad ratings. One of the staff members was very rude and then rented the truck I had already gone through the 24/7 process to to another customer. She gave me the key to the wrong truck and when I went into the location to try and resolve the issue, she would not come to desk. I could hear her in the office, but she would not come to the desk. The other associate that was outside came inside to help me and was very kind. She was able to resolve the issue, but my overall experience here was horrible. I will absolutely never go back and will tell everyone looking for a U-haul to avoid this location at all costs. The truck was damaged and had almost no fuel in it. When I returned the truck, it had more fuel in it than when I got it, but I was going to be charged a fuel surcharge. I clicked the box that I did not agree with the charges & they have been updated.

They didn't have the equipment we needed. They charged us for a pad that we never had. A friend said they did the same to them. The return took forever because they couldn't determine the mileage & final charge. I was very disappointed with the whole experience.Would not recommend this location.

The lady upfront was just so helpful and polite. My previous experiences at uhaul in Conroe haven't been easy but this lady changed my opinion about uhaul. Great customer service and definitely went above and beyond! The gentleman there was very helpful also.
