Vehicle was fine. Checking in was tedious and the location offered no support. Was on hold with customer service, never connected. Was finally recent a link to restart check in. Could not check in on the app, had to use browser.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI did rent the truck of $19.99 and. Paid $36 then they charged me of my credit card $273 for what I don’t know I had returned the truck with the same gas fuel , I called uhall many times waiting long time then hanged up or we will call u back later and no one call , I need my money back to my credit card
Fayza MGreat set up
David MUse locations that know something about your service! Check out process took an hour even after i completed it on line. Truck had terrible front end steering problems, glad I didn’t have to go more than a couple miles, ac in the cab was on but wouldn’t come out the vents.
