Too Dark for drop off and we couldnt find the key drop. Charged double even though person on phone said it didn't matter time length. We only had the truck for 1045-815 but time it took to figure out onl8ne pickupdropoff was a bit longer our eatimated 8 hours it took to move was only off by a half hour...sucks to have to pay double for that so we would probably choose a different company in the future.

The office person was rude. I waited while she was trying to start a car she was trying to sell. When I finally got her attention, she told me to go in her office and wait. It was 1:20 and I reminded her I had an appointment to pick up the trailer at 1, she told me I could rent the trailer elsewhere. I sat another 10 minutes until she was finished and completed the transaction. I will never rent a UHaul from Mills Automotive again!

I was supposed to get my truck from the Johnson Creek Mobil station and the clerk working there promised me that I would have a truck. When I got there the day of the pick up, he acted like he did not know what I was talking about. I had to get my truck later than I had requested and drive all the way down to Whitewater, 20 miles away to get a truck I was promised one mile from my house.

Everyone was real nice. One of the gentlemen came in while I was getting set up and began talking to me as if I am a regular (it was my first time going there) and we shoot the spit every day. It was a great experience and they deserve the five stars.

charged my debit card when i gave them a credit card. screwed up my bank account. tried to get it resolved with u-haul my call was dropped 2 times you think someone would call me back. i guess they had more important things to worry about

location was disorganized and I struggled to find location to leave vehicle without blocking anything. I couldn't do self dropoff (not locations fault). Waited 8 minutes for 800 UHaul customer service - no response. Called Capital Drive location where I picked up and they walked me through options. Again great customer service

Cigarette butt in under seat and in drivers door side panel. Gas was not at proper level below 3/4". When I picked up the truck was Parked on a hill so level was not accurate. Called 5 miles into rental and took picture of odometer below the 3/4 gas level. Owner said he'd give credit upon return. Refused to give credit on return. Says he did not say that upon return. that I misunderstood First time using Uhaul. In the past I used Budget and Ryder- other rental companies. Never had an dishonesty like this.

Inside the u-haul truck was dusty and required a good sweep, otherwise everything went smoothly.

Just a little better signage to indicate where to go for Haul as it is located in a repair shop. I am sure all customers don't want to get in the way. The service was efficient and accurate and the staff were wonderful and very helpful. They even called to confirm when I got a little turned around and was delayed finding them. Moving is a hassle and kindness at U Haul makes it a little less so.

This location was closed during the dropoff. No contact information. I had no choice but to leave the rented equipment without verifying the return with personnel. The rented equipment was returned December 10, 2016 at 1 am. An attempt to verify the return was made at 9:15 am the same day. Upon discovery of the business hours an attempt to locate contact information failed, using internet connection and U-haul email notification information failed to provide needed contact information in a timely manner. Attempts were discontinued, due to time constraints.
