The folks at Upper Valley were great. What wasn't so great was the call from Uhaul I got the day before changing my pick up location from Putney to Upper Valey. The Uhaul representative that called was difficult to deal with and not helpful. I ended up driving over 2 hours extra due to this pick up location change. On top of this, the Uhaul rep that called me refused to look at any other locations for availability. Turns out there was one in Windosor Vermint that I drove by that had the exact trailer I needed. That would have saved me over 2 hours of driving, fuel and made for a much longer moving day. It's shame this representative of Uhal was so difficult to deal with.

Herb SMUY AMABLES Y MUY RESPETUOSOS GRACIAS POR TODO
Ricardo SWhen I got there they had a higher price. Every time the guy tried to fix something the price kept going up. I was there for 1.5 hrs before I actually got the truck.
