Have people that speak good English. Very hard to understand the attendants. ALL were of middle eastern immigrants.

Attendant would not even initial or provide paperwork for return of the vehicle. I actually had him initial the back of my rental papers. No documentation was planned to be given and no explanation that it would come to me in email. Lastly, I was not able to understand him well due to a thick accent so I am not certain he knew what I wanted.

The location was convenient to where I was picking up something, but that's about all they had going for them. The guy at the gas station had no idea what he was doing to get my rental ready. He had to Facetime someone and hold his phone up to the screen while they went back and forth. He asked me to write my name, phone number and email on a blank sheet of white paper. For what reason, I have no idea. It took forever to get the paperwork and keys.

All went well except, I picked up a 4 x 8 trailer took it home and discovered that it was not big enough. I went back thinking that I could swap out the 4x8 for the next size up. Well, I couldn't just swap them out. I had to pay the rental for the 1st trailer and then pay again to rent the next size. I was disappointed.

The rate we agreed apun was not the rate was was applied to our rental! Very very unhappy with this location and u haul services! Definitely will not be recommending to any family or friends and will use something different in the future. Save your time and hassle and DO NOT rent from this location!

No help at all on how to hook up the trailer which was no big deal but when I tried to return the trailer I got the runaround. I was told they had no room and would not accept the trailer. The sent me to the Crown station which they said was only 2 miles down the road it was actually 4.5 miles. When I went there the people at the crown station said that they will not accept the trailer and for me to tell the Sunoco people that they were full (which they had plenty of room). I called U-Haul and spoke to Jermaine who was very helpful and told me to go back to where I rented the trailer (the Sunoco station) and tell them that they have to take it and Jermaine was going to call the supervisor. I went back and found a spot between a u-haul trailer and u-haul truck and parked the trailer there. I went in to get the paperwork signed and the guy refused and wouldn't give me his name. I told him too late I dropped it off and I was leaving. He then got a phone call from I guess the supervisor and then he told me to drop the trailer on the other side of the building. (the area he wanted me to drop the trailer off was very difficult to maneuver -close to the road and gas pumps. I told him I already unhitched the trailer in a parking spot and was not about to move it. He started yelling that I had to move it. I just got in my pickup and left. He was lucky I didn't drop it off in front of his gas pumps. Luckily I found a spot otherwise I would have because I did not want to be charged for another day because I had to leave for work at 4 am and wouldn't meet the 0900 deadline on Monday. This was the first time in dealing with U-haul that I had an issue. I would never do business with that location again. They should not be allowed to rent the equipment with that attitude. If it wasn't for the office 1-800-go-uhaul who were very professional and helped resolve my problem that I would rent from U-haul again just not the Sunoco or crown station. Both are located in Westminster, Md on RTE 140. feel free to contact me for more information. Very bad location and not friendly for returns.

The attendant who finalized the paperwork from my online transaction charged me $15.00 for insurance that when I paid for my rental online prior to pickup I elected to not have. When I asked him about the price difference he said the drop off location would take care of it but he spoke broken English so I am sure he didn’t understand my question nor did he remove the additional charge.
