The first truck they gave me was dirty and the roll up door spring was broken. the accessories I purchased were not placed in the truck as advertised online, I had to load them myself. the manager actually laughed at me when I asked why they were not in the truck. when I told him the door was broke he said yeah, he already knew. he tried to push a dirty broken truck on me thinking I wouldn't mind. the second truck was clean and nice, but I still had to load my own accessories while the manager and a worker watched.

Never rent from this locaiton. They sneak in extra charges after your initial payment. I got double charged for the xtra miles. They also lied about the the amount of gas they put in the truck initially. It was 3/8 full when I got it and I returned it with the exact same amount. They tried to say they had 1/2 a tank. If you rent from here, ALWAYS TAKE PICTURES.

Jeffrey SThe only complaint I have is about the online U-Haul experience. Some of the things that you asked us to do such as taking pictures when we picked it up-nothing would upload and it was sent after we picked the truck up and we were already in it. Maybe letting the customer know that this would be expected them before they takeoff would be beneficial.
