The line was very long when we arrived Sunday morning, and there was only one representative helping customers. We had been told to arrive 15 minutes after opening time of 9 a.m. so the staff could get ready but then there was a long line when we arrived. There was damage to our truck that had not been marked down and when we asked to see our final charges, the receipt could not be found. Overall, I would not recommend this location to a friend.

When we went to pick up the trailer we rented and reserved a week before, the tailor wasn't there but the people there made it right and got us into something slightly bigger. We didn't pay more for it. They were very helpful snd dpologetic. Great customer service.

When I picked up the trail on Thursday the guy was very very rude. He did not give me any paperwork or a receipt. I asked him if i could pay for another day and keep the trailer till Sunday and he told me NO. I called U-Haul the next day and the lady was very nice and said that is not a problem. She sent me a text message to confirm that I paid for another day. There were 2 ladies in the back room and one lady was yelling at the other lady. I heard everything they were talking about. Talking about how money was missing from the drawer. I felt very uncomfortable and was pretty upset when I left. When I returned the trail a different guy was there and he was very nice and could not believe I did not get a receipt when I picked up the trailer.

I rented a van this last weekend. I can understand being understaffed, however the summer weekends are always busy, so after reserving and then having to wait thirty minutes before being attended to. Can make a person impatient. However I was not in any hurry, they took great care of me and insured the van was up to par,AND insuring the van being EMPTY, meaning no dolly or pads. That being said I asked for no pads or dolly because I would need them.. The van was checked in today and I was called in regard to a the pads. He wanted to confirm the charge for the pads. I told him when I drove the van off the lot the van was empty there was no dolly or pads in the van and I said no to those necessities in the first place. He then questioned me, saying there was a dolly in the van but no pads so he was going to proceed with charging me with the pads. My family and I have rented through you guys multiple times and never had this issue. The lack of respect/trust is not appreciated. As well as being overcharged due to the lack of being thorough and professional.

I had a horrible experience renting my U haul, First I reserved one for a self pickup at a different location and they messed it up and I had to scramble to this location at the last minute before they closed. They kid at the counter was rude and annoyed that he had to rent me a truck last minute. When I turned in the truck they clocked the mileage wrong and I am still waiting to be refunded for being overcharged. I am also still waiting to be reimbursed for the reservation guarantee that was promised by U Haul for the first place not getting a truck ready. I dread ever having to rent another U Haul from this or any location.

Service was quick in and out when picking up and returning. Worker was thorough inspecting any damage or scratches with me when picking up and returning. Was very polite. Will use this U- haul again.

Thinking that my u haul will be mabey 30 dollars and I come back and it's a 100 you should make everything bigger it's way to expensive I had it for 4 hours for 30 miles for 100 that just redicouls

Requested diesel online. Guess yall dont even have a diesel truck anymore. Then we had to cross denver for pick up. Because they didnt move it to location we requested. Sat there for almost 2 hrs to pick up truck. They never cleaned it and were pulling old clothes out of cab as we inspected the truck. A/c did not work in the truck at all. It would barely do 20 miles an hour up a hill. Then when we dropped it off the guy just looked at us. And told me to park it and throw key in the drop box then walked away. I will definatly never use you again.

The gas tank was on 1/4 tank when i got it and returned as that, i didnt pay attention when i left if it was full. I jist moved. Then when i took back i had to fill up. Poor experience and wouldnt recommend uhaul to anyone

Keep the receiving area clear. There was a truck there that looked like it wasn't going anywhere soon. But I was impressed that you recognized the Nebraska bugs I had collected. :)

Online trailer rental system offered me only the smallest sized trailers. Only buy talking to a uhaul dealer was I able to get around the online system and get the right sized trailer.

Worst experience I've ever had at U-Haul by far, and perhaps at any business I've ever dealt with. The reservation was fine, we agreed to a ONE WAY truck, 4 hours. When we got to the location on 80th and Federal, we were greeted by an extremely rude employee telling us that was reserved, but they don't have it. We would have to bring it back. I asked for a credit for half of the miles, and we were forwarded to another horrible employee that yelled at us, saying we're were wrong and that we don't understand. WE MADE A RESERVATION THAT IS RECORDED. We want a concession on our miles and gas, and I may never use U-Haul again. This was the most stressful transaction I've ever had. I'm truly, truly disgusted with how I was treated. I've filed a complaint, and the General manager Jessica had better reach out to me and make this right, we got baited and switched! Can never get location by phone directly.

When returning the trailer we pointed out that the chain broke on it during transit. We listed our concerns with it, but was brutally ignored. This could had caused an accident.
