Pulled up and got yelled at for parking in the wrong area even though we followed the arrows. The employee with the long beard and broncos hat made me feel very unwelcomed. It was like I was bothering him by being there giving your company business. We will not be using this location again. Super disgrutial!

I setup the Express check-in on the web page ahead of time, but there was nothing "express" about the experience. They insisted on speaking to someone else via phone to vouch for me. This was on a work day where most folks are busy and don't answer their personal phones. This is a ridiculous requirement and significantly delayed my "express" pickup. This is bad policy. Employees were friendly and helpful in spite of the policy.

Well the only thing I would like to see improved is the way you fill the fuel. There should be a better way to allow the customer to see how much is actually going in and the level to stop. I had the accessory key turned on and the fuel needle did move at all. So I kept filling and it still stayed in the middle. So $30 later I stop because that was all the money I had for gas. So I started the truck and drove about 30 feet and the needle moved to full. I told them at the store that I accidentally put to much fuel in the truck and gave them the receipt. I was hoping for a little credit on my mileage which was 33.9 miles. Nope they were friendly and helpful but I always feel like I end up coming up short at this particular store. Seriously though there should be a better way that customers could watch how much fuel is going in.

The lady who checked the truck in was shocked by the condition of the tires on the tow dolly & showed me what the tires should look like. She said that the tires would be replaced before the unit could be rented again.

When we picked up the equipment the Girls in the morning were awesome even when the computers weren't running right they were very helpful and professional. When we returned the equipment there wasn't any place to park 9/9/18 Shawn and whoever else was with him were very unprofessional and incompetent in doing there job I had to park the transport myself they didn't know how to do it. I was very dust rated with the drop off procedures . Will I do this again probably not. The guys at night were just plain Rude!

Shaun / Shawn the dude that worked yesterday gave me a different contract than the one specified don the key, which created a lot of misinterpretation when it came to the mileage covered and also because of which i did not fueled the tank full as it was showing half tank should be good, result was i was charged $18.00

On arrival a uhaul employee man with long hair was first berating a black man, who wanted to rent. Although he was trying to explain there was not any available he did so in a manner that can only be described as belligerent. This same man then addressed an elderly man that left his vehicle while renting only to return with it missing. Instead of offering to contact police he told the man while flaying his arms that he had a lot of stuff to do and to look at all the trucks he had to process. This employee is not how uhaul should be represented. I rented a truck for 24 hours, returned the truck well before the contracted time Today I received the invoice charging me for an extra day and extra day of insurance coverage I have to say that the two representatives that checked me out and in were professional the location is understaffed with courteous employees Needless to say I will not be using this location again.

There was a very tumultuous situation which occurred that lead to an uncomfortable experience. Apparently the mother of an employee was visiting the shop and berated the employee (her son) in front of us. According to her, she did not work there but could "treat her son however she wanted" in front of customers. The employee was doing his best and we appreciated his good attitude and effort. We would recommend that only employees that work at the location be allowed to handle employees or customers. All others, including family, should remain away from the customer interaction.

Worse customer care ever. Manager was rude and disrespectful. We rent weekly and will never rent from Uhaul again asking as your manager at this location works for Uhaul. Terrible person.

The air pressure indicator on the dashboard was malfunctioning. I wasn’t told until after stopping off to get air at another uhaul service center and sharing my experience at the drop off location, then I was told that I should have ignored the faulty indicator.

I felt very rushed in and out. I was told NOTHING about several of the charges, so tonight when I checked my email I was quite surprised to find the charge to be $20 more than quoted!! I did not like that and am VERY disappointed because I compared prices and u haul was the cheapest. I guess you get what you pay for, or NOT!!

Kaitlyn is the one who gave us the equipment in the first place. Everything seemed fine until we later noticed she had never provided the canles for the tow dolly lights. Drove 25 minutes to pick them up and then drove back. Got the rest of the packing done and, right before we were about to leave on our three state move, noticed the lights on the dolly did not work correctly. I have never driven a truck this size, not have I ever towed anything for that matter. Already stressed out, I now had to worry about getting pulled over or someone not seeing the lights on the truck itself when signaling. It was late, so I had no way of bringing the dolly back to switch it out. 24 hours later, we luckily reached our destination safely and without any other issues. Definitely not worth the price of around $1400.00. I will never use uhaul's services again, nor will I recommend them. The fact that the equipment is not being inspected properly shows an absolute disregard for the safety of their customers.

The young man who first took the reservation, did not listen to me to set it up like I requested. I had to call the 800 UHaul # to get it straightened out to no avail since it had already been transferred to a scheduler. She did, however, message the scheduler for what I wanted and he/she did make it happen accordingly. When returning the truck, two workers were busy staring at their computer screens instead of dealing with the long line of customers. The man who was supposed to be checking people in for returns was watching the workers. When he finally got around to checking returns in, he seemed to have a great deal of trouble working with the cell phone. Obviously much more training for your workers is needed at this location.

Trailer had landscaping rocks in it. I had to take them out; not a big deal, but certainly not clean. Trailer probably needs axle grease. My truck really had to pull. I have pulled a camper that weighs 4× as much and moved much easier. Staff was great, very helpful. There was ALOT of paper work (including a phone call to my wife) to just get a trailer for the day.

The male technician on duty 8/15/18 was surley. I was suggesting a way to tighten on the screw on the car tow dolly and he told me not to tell him how to do his job. I said, don't be so defensive. He said that he knows what he's doing. The general manager wasn't very helpful and was very slow. She forgot to charge me for 2 items, then had to ring them up separately.

Work on your employees' attitude by providing more training and/or by staffing your stores accordingly. No one should have to wait as long as we had to wait or put up with the attitude we got.. TOTALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!! Not to mention the fact that I got the wrong truck and was made to feel it was my fault even after I confirmed that same morning. YEAH, NO...WON'T BE BACK!
