I had reserved truck at the Broomfield, Perry location a month in advance, to be picked up at 8am. Confirmed the day before. They did not have truck & I had to locate a Uhaul that DID HAVE a 26' truck available. Wasted a lot of time, hassle & gas. The start of my move was delayed for 3 hours because of this! I also had to then rent the truck for an extra day. This Broomfield location should not be in business.

Reserved trucka nd trailer for one location. Received a call day prior to tell me that I will have to go across town to pick up the trailer. Truck was beat up, had low oil, and was one of the roughest rides I have every driven. The shop did not have any oil to top off.

The location and equipment were fine, the service was sub par. Standing there for 25 min, making yourself late to purchase an item in their store because they don't know the code to ring it in is totally unacceptable. If you have it in your building for sale, know how to ring it in!!!!!!!!!

The day I picked up the rental there was not enough help to assist customers. One man was unable to get the rental he reserved. When I returned the rental again there was not enough help for customers needing rentals. and a lady had reservation's for a rental she was turned away because they did not have the size truck she needed and the lady had movers scheduled to move her and no truck for them to use. I was told to just leave the keys for the rental and they would get the truck checked in. Over all service very poor.

This was the tiniest most difficult parking lot I have every experienced. I'm attempting to pick up a trailer and can hardly fit my SUV in the parking lot. I don't think this location could be anymore inconvenient.

Everyone there was very helpful and this was my first time towing (I recently bought a vehicle with a towing hitch) the fellow that helped me showed me how to hook up and detach the trailer. I was a little wary to start but it went great and I helped my daughter move. I would tell anyone to use this UHaul location.

The $19.95 rental turned out to be almost $57.00. I had to give an estimated total mileage, then charged for the mileage I did use, and topped off the gas. The hidden fees are astronomical. Unless it is an emergency, I doubt I will rent from U-Haul again. I will make sure I tell everybody I know. This is as bad as a cell phone bill.

Came in last minute and they had a van available for me to rent day of to move some furniture I bought from Costco. Great service and very prompt. They also installed the hitch on the vehicle I bought when we moved to Colorado (Lexus rx300) and we have zero problems with it. Definitely would use them again and recommend them to anyone!

I rented and returned the truck on 8/8/17. The contract required me to fill the gas tank to full even though the indicator was visibly to the left of the 'F" on the gauge. After driving the truck for just over 8 miles, I refilled the tank to full as the gas station adjacent to the UHaul site, taking just over 8 gallons and nearly $20 of cost to me. Your agent agreed to a refund and, although the receipt reads 'Cash Refund', your policy refuses cash refunds. I'm still waiting for the refund check in the mail. This will likely be my last contract with UHaul. My attempts to contact you (multiple) via email from your website were unanswered. I finally connected with a telephone customer service support agent today and learned that the refund was approved on 8/23/17, and confirmed today 8/25/17. Nobody has told me what went wrong in this situation. My call today ended after a click, and a minute or so of a steady high-pitched tone, and no more conversation, so I finally hung up. This kind of 'customer service' is totally unacceptable in a national firm like UHaul. I'm not confident that I'll ever receive that refund.

The website to reserve equipment provides no information about the documents the renter will be required to provide. I signed up for the express pickup service, which did not happen. As I was an out-of-town renter, I was required to provide a copy of my son's lease for his college apartment in order to rent. This was NOT explained on the website. Additionally, I declined the U-Haul insurance coverage. I was required to provide a copy of an insurance card, which was also NOT explained on the website or in any subsequent email. Fortunately, I had electronic access to both of those documents. Had there been adequate warning that those documents would have been required, I would have been prepared with them. The information provided on the website is woefully inadequate regarding these requirements.

The RH mirror could not be adjusted on the 17 ft truck & continually pointed towards the pavement beside the truck. This made changing lanes to the right pretty precarious event. Please repair the RH mirror on the unit.

You need to have in the internet all the fees that apply and explain that the insurance will be also charged the next day if extended for how many days have the rental not just the uhaul rental and mileage. Also the internet email doesn't even email you back if you email about get the rental extended. Everyone make sure you get all names who talk to be because they will charge for what ever they want. Also get an email right away about if needed to extend the rental.
