Justin Holland was most excellent. We came in early and wanted a trialer, Justin was on point and got us hooked up asap, then came the trailer light check which my rig failed miserably, but only after Justi quickly helped me trouble check my wiring harness and fuses which one was blown and we discover that who did my last battery install messed up my wiring. Since we couldn't rent a trailer, he quickly hooked us up with a truck and we got our day back on track, I have used uhaul a lot and no offense the customer service is generally sub-par, Justin is far above par. Thank you, and advertise the car share like service more, smart move.

My reservation was for 3:00pm. When I got to the Uhaul location on 112th I was told the trailer would be available after 11:00am the next day. After I left Uhaul contacted me, they found a smaller trailer at the Federal location. Since I was leaving at 6:00am the next morning I had few choices. The staff at the Federal location was professional and helpful. We made the smaller trailer work. Uhaul should have called me before I drove out to 112th location.

Employees where poorly trained and did not know what they were doing on the computer. I rented a 6 x 12 trailer and they kept thinking I was renting an auto dolly transporter.. You could tell that they did not care about my experience.

Very tough to get into and move around a truck. Also, was mandated to pay an additional $8 for being 20 miles over EVEN though the St. Joseph location gave us an extra 50 miles. Westminster showed no such record. However after some back and forth the lady assisting me waived the additional.

The blankets were missing and the truck wasn’t swept. Other than that I only used it on an 8 mile mission back before the time needed. It’s expensive and it was necessary. Thank you

The location opened over an hour late. When I returned my truck an hour late because the location was not open when I needed it, I was charged for a second day. I have both called and emailed customer service and have not heard back from either. This is absolutely unacceptable and needs to be remedied.

Young man who helped me seemed new and screwed up. These things happen. He was very helpful, attentive and personable otherwise. Once trained he's going to be an asset to UHaul. I would also like to commend your Customer Service Reps. They did their research concerning my problem and made the right decision about my case. I have nothing but good to say about your company and will use you in the future and recommend you to others.

Julian is the one who handled my rental transaction when I picked the truck up, He was very nice and did a great job! The shop was really busy with many people renting and returning Sunday morning the 27th of May 2018. Instead of waiting through the long line the attendant (Phil?) big dude, suggested he would take care of the billing entry and did a good job. I did leave the truck nice and clean (as when I picked it up) and Total miles traveled 14 miles. I thought $12.00 for gas was a bit excessive. But overall my experience was great! Thanks U-haul

We were told he wouldn’t take the uhaul because we were suppose to return to Boulder. We called uhaul and they arranged so that we could drop off and was told it was good to go...went back in and still he wouldn’t accept the return. Three phone calls and lots of time later we finally were allowed to get our return in.

I've been a loyal customer this location for some years. On checking out a truck I found that their policies are changed resulting in me needing to leave the location go wake up a contact at 7 a.m. on a Saturday to service a secondary phone contact and then return to the store to begin my move. I went out of my way to book with this location as it was not available and Equipment search online and ended up calling the store directly. I was not informed of this policy on the phone yet when I arrived I was treated instantly like a criminal for not having an alternate contact readily available so early in the morning on weekend. The counter person was rude and condescending. This location is lost my business forever as well as the business of the alternate contact I had to wake and anyone that we ever run across who could possibly need any of your services. I'll be selecting a new company for all of my future moves

For the most part the customer service people were good and accommodating. Just would have liked a little more personal touch in updating me as to the time it would take to check in the truck. I was aware of the fact that the truck was being moved from the parking spot I placed it in, but then I was waiting in the office with no indication of what else was occurring. I eventually asked how things were going and if the truck checked out okay. Because I had sweep out the truck, folded the furniture pads, had the gas filled to the level we had agreed upon when I rented the truck and done everything else that I was aware of, so not sure why it took so log to verify the status and get back the mileage and gas level to the office. Small inconvenience, but a quick word like, 'It will just be a few more minutes" or something like that would have been good. Frankly I thought they had forgot about me. Then when I was handed the receipt, there was no discussion of anything. I had to look at the paper work to ensure I wasn't charged anything extra, which I wasn't, but at least I could have been told that everything checked out okay and there were no further changes.
