Midway to our destination, UHaul sent a notice stating that our drop off location had changed “per our conversation.” We never discussed it with anyone. The new location was not convenient. We dropped off the UHaul at the original location (above) and they were very kind and understanding. This drop off center earned some respect from us.

Rudy, our customer service representative was high as a kite, stunk like marijuana (which I mentioned to him), had to ask me my alternative phone number 4 times and could NOT explain off-site parking. It took him 25 minutes to check us out, when I was only renting for 4 hours. I will NEVER use U-haul again!!

Getting the truck was a good experience dropping off the truck is where I had a problem I drove 23 miles in total I put $5 in gas when I returned it and they still charging me $6 and change when I dropped it off for gas I told him he was wrong to charge me but I didn't want to argue with him I had a long day already if you can look into that I would greatly appreciate it

Over charged me on mileage. Print out and odometer didnt match. Only went 10 miles round trip i didnt check the print out to the odometer because i was trusting them to be honest and not rip off their customers!!!

The back of the truck was left open, the dolly wasn’t reattached and was rolling in the back. I had to call and inform them I did not remove it from it’s bracket. On my bill I was supposed to get .79 cents per mile and it charged me .99 when I asked them the guy was very rude told me he talked to his manager and that I would have to come back the next day. He told me there was nothing he could do. As I was still standing in front of him he rudely dismissed me by asking the person behind me what they needed and ignored me. Very disappointed with the experience and still have not gotten the charges corrected. This was not my error I shouldn’t have to work this hard to get it corrected I am very disappointed with my experience.

The online registration function was pointless. I had to re-submit all of the same information to the desk clerk. This means I wasted a great deal of time on the website for nothing. In addition, I provided personal information on the site the was essentially not used.

This was the worst experience we ever had with U-Haul. The “general manager” or so he called himself was rude from the moment we walked through the door. We were having a problem with the taillights working and he didn’t try to help or anything just told us “I can’t rent to you till you get your truck fixed.” We decided to just get our money back and I told him needs to smile more and he then proceeded to tell me how he has worked here for over 20 years and always has happy customers and I said all I was saying is smile more, it will make your day better. I told him I would like to tell U-Haul about him being rude and he said “ha, go ahead, good luck with that.” Almost in a manor of U-Haul doesn’t care about the way he treats customers. Not good U-Haul, not good. We took our business elsewhere and in the future we will too.

Guys that were there when I was looked stoned and there was no room on their small over night return area, I parked the truck behind their small building so I wouldn't cover the entrance and that confused them a lot. I went 4.1 miles in the truck the gas gauge DIDN'T MOVE AT ALL and they said the truck was 2 quarters lower than how I got it. They MIXED UP MY TRUCK WITH THE ONE THAT WAS PARKED IN THEIR 1 SPACE FOR EVER NIGHT RETURN. I TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO THE STONED GUY THAT WAS THERE THAT A TRUCK DOESN'T USED 2 QUARTER OF GAS IN 4.1 MILES AND ALL HE SAID WAS: WELL DID YOU SHOW SOMEONE WHERE THE GAS WAS??? I WAS LIKE AHHH I CAME AFTER HOURS SO NO. HE THEN REFUSED TO GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY. STOP GETTING STONED AT WORK AND USE YOUR COMMON SENSE. A TRUCK DOESN'T CONSUME SOOO MUCH GAS IN 4 MILES UNLESS UHAUL TRUCKS RUN AT .5 MILES A GALLON.

There was a bit of confusion. I made the reservation to pick up the truck at a different location, and when I arrived to collect my truck, they had no idea what had happened. They had to send me to another location. At the end when I went to return my truck, there was some disagreement on the final total. I reserved an appliance dolly, they gave me a utility dolly because that is all that they had. I was still charged for the appliance dolly however. I estimated that I would go 30 miles, I traveled 21, and the price was different than what it should have been. I was 6 months pregnant, and had been moving all day. I was too tired to argue, and just sucked up the extra cost.

I feel that I was lied to from the get go in reserving a box truck. I called a few weeks ago to reserve a unit for my move on 12-2-17. Never received an email confirmation, so when I called this location 12-1-17 to confirm pick up for the 2nd the woman I spoke to claimed she couldn't find my reservation anywhere. So she reserved me a smaller box truck than what I was anticipating and when it was said and done, I was charged two hundred dollars more than what I was initially quoted two weeks ago!!! What kind of fresh bullshit is this???? I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!!! Bunch of rip offs!!!!!! I feel so taken advantage of and will NEVER use Uhaul again!!!!
