I am very sorry but if I would have known no one would have been here, I would have chosen a different location ( no one here on Saturday) . Dropping off a trailer that anyone could have just taken. Plus I called a few times and finally after calling uhaul I got confirmation of it being checked in. The drop off location finally called back after that call and I didn't need to answer as my questions were answered by a wonderful Uhaul customer needs technician.

Jeramy SU Haul asks to many questions. If I didn't know what I needed i wouldn't have requested it. I agree some people may not know but the that doesn't mean every one doesn't.
Gary LI’ve went several U-Haul and I’ve always had the absolute best experience.
