Signage for U-Haul was not very visible
David TMirror was loooser than a goose and entirely useless when i picked up as well as no moving blankets like i had ordered. Was given no gate code as well.
Shane HI reported that truck smelled like cigarette smoke. One of the workers, did try to use bleach wipes and spray. How when I returned I was charged another $113 I was accused of going 344 MLS, and I never went out my way, the set amount was 285. So bottom line is always take pictures mileage because Uhaul will screw you.

PATRICK SEverything was great at this location. Lorren (sp) was fantastic to work with. She's definitely a keeper. My only suggestion is to make sure every customer knows that the lobby is also a 24° drop-off for keys of which I was unaware so I had to keep the key until the next morning. Fortunately, it was no problem. I just called as soon as the office opened the next morning, and explained what happened, and the lady who was working was extremely nice and just had me return the key as soon as possible. Great place to do business. They have mine the next time I need U-Haul services.
Cynthia HPut tongue jacks on the trailers. A 6x12 is not easy for a 63 yr. Old man to lift to get on the ball of my truck. Who ever builds a trailer without a tongue jack.
Kevin WUhaul does not back up their managers, lack of ethics and integrity. Downright dishonest. The manager here is honest but Uhaul is cutting his feet out from under him.
