Unfortunately, my recent U-Haul rental was not a great experience. From the moment we approached the vehicle, we noticed it was missing windshield wipers, which was concerning. During our trip, the truck stalled and shut off several times while stopped at traffic lights, making us question its overall safety and maintenance. To make matters worse, the dolly and moving pads that I had reserved online were not available when I arrived. This left me unprepared for my move and created additional stress and inconvenience. The vehicle clearly did not appear to be in good mechanical condition, and the overall experience left us with an uncomfortable feeling. While the rental process itself was straightforward, the condition of the truck and the lack of the reserved equipment were disappointing. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this particular location. In the future, I will likely choose a larger commercial U-Haul location rather than a private rental provider. I hope improvements are made to both vehicle maintenance and inventory management for future customers.
