Your location is UNDERSTAFFED and UNDER-TRAINED. Line on a Sunday morning was unnecessarily long as the lone rep in the store was unable to answer basic questions; wait in the lot for a Uhaul rep to hook up our trailer was unnecessarily long as the lone rep in the lot had to help out in store. Trailer was incorrectly processed on return, resulting in my card being charged DOUBLE what it should have been and requiring me to waste time calling to sort out what should have never been an issue in the first place.

I would like to state the customer service at this location was awesome. From the supervisor to other employees, who were very kind and patient. I had attained a 9' minivan and I had drove it and felt that it was driving horribly and I returned it and the kind employee drove it and checked it and stated it was working fine. I trusted him, and I drove off again, trusting him, turns out that I had it on Drive but for uphill. It was making the usual noise and not driving smoothly. Thank you, U-Haul employees for your kindness.

The representative was friendly and helpful. She adjusted course right away when I asked to change to a van with a full tank of gas si I wouldn't have to calibrate precisely to where the gas level was.

The entire experience was AWFUL. Not only did I escalate my concern to management, I had to escalate to regional manager who submitted a full refund only for me to receive a receipt saying I would be charged double the original amount. I will never use that location again and now I'm unsure about ever using Uhaul again.

I put down a cash depot of $120 dropped the vehicle off on time, put the gas back @ 3/4 .dropped it off on the 2cd. Didn't here or receive and confirmation email or call when I went to the location, clerk charged me for gas said that I was supposed to put it back at 5/8 showed her my contacts were it was clearly marked at 3/4 then she told me it was the miles I know I didn't go over the 60 miles that I told them it's approximately 20 to Clinton from Bladensburg 3rd. I went there and back

Computers were very slow which frustrated the employees and customers since it took lots of extra time for people to check in. Otherwise great.

We made a reservation to pick up a van with another company. The day of pick up there was a problem. Because of the company's policy; we were not able to get the van. Now, this was 15 minutes before closing. We needed a van to move my daughter's things to college. Thank you UHaul for saving the day. We made reservation and was able to pick up a van within an hour. Thank you for staying open until 7:00 pm. I really appreciate it.

I had scheduled to pick up the truck at the K St location. I received a confirmation call the day before my scheduled pick up to "confirm" that I would be picking up the truck at the Bladensburg location. When I explained that that was not the location I requested, I was told there were no trucks of my size at the K St location, but with no apology for the inconvenience. I should have received a call explaining that a change was being made and perhaps even offering something for the inconvenience (perhaps waiving the charge for the furniture pads). In addition, the line at the Bladensburg location was extremely long and inefficient. It took more than 1 hour and 15 minutes to get my truck. Yeah, it's a busy time, but figure something out. I will not be using Uhaul again.

Self pick up still took 20 minutes due to line at desk just to pick up the key (everything else was done via website, including photos of license and headshot, odometer reading etc). There should be a separate way to pick up the keys to make the self pick up worthwhile.

Entering the site was a bit confusing because its on the corner of a busy divided city street. After I turned across heavy traffic I saw that the entrance I was targeted was blocked off by cones. But by then I had heavy oncoming traffic and pulling a long trailer so I had to enter anyway. Better signage would help people not familiar with the site entrance / exits. But the personnel were great. Would use this site again.

they were really slow, I waited in line for one hour before i was able to get a u haul. They need more help.
