My check in experience with Chris was excellent, but the check out was the exact opposite - nobody available when I dropped off the truck, no instructions on what to do, staff barely acknowledged me after I said I was dropping truck off.

Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Pickup and drop-off were easy and well-facilitated by employees. My only regret is I put extra gas in the tank and returned the van with more than was necessary, spending an extra $20 than I had to. Having extra gas gave me peace of mind while using and returning the van though, so this doesn't affect by overall rating. Thanks for your service overall!

The truck was clean, however, I did not review the truck bed prior to pick it up. The truck bed was caked in mud, which dirtied the items we were moving. Cleaning/reminding customers to check the truck bed for cleanliness would be helpful.

With no flat rate, I ended up paying $200 for a truck rental for 8 hours and 90 miles. That is just far, far too high. There needs to be more options for in-town, and slightly farther moves.

The rental was great. However, the mobile website did not work so I was unable to go through the final checkout steps. This led me to be charged $30 gas for 6 miles of driving total. It doesn't make sense to me why I was charged more than renting the truck for minimal gas usage.

You should not list that your 10' truck fits a one bedroom. Completely inaccurate. Also, helpful to make it very clear that the truck doesn't come with a ramp. I am hoping I haven't seriously hurt my back.

My biggest complaint is with general customer service, not the site or the site personnel. I reserved my truck for 7:30am pickup on 4/1. I connected my order to my account in the app, but it wouldn't display. When I attempted to connect again, I was told it was already connected. Knowing I wouldn't be able to pick up my car before the store opened at 9:00am, I called customer service and asked to change the time of pickup. This time was changed to 4pm, but that was not updated in my account until hours later. I was told the site manager would call me, which never happened. On the day of pickup, I learned that not only my time was changed, but also the pickup location, a point the customer service rep failed to mention. So I showed up at the wrong location, and they were very accommodating, but I had to get the truck back overnight. When I returned the truck, all entrances to the proper lot were blocked with other vehicles. When I attempted to use the app, it still didn't recognize my order (either the original, or the new one issued by the K St location). I tried to use the website as well, both in mobile and desktop view, and when I attempted to begin the checking process after being told I was all set to go, it kept sending me back to the first page of the process. So I dropped the the key in the box, leaving the truck on the property but not in the proper lot. The next day I received a bill charging me for $32 worth of gas when the meter was identical to what it was when I took the truck of the lot. I didn't drive the car more than 4 or maybe 5 total miles, so there would be no possible way to even burn 6 or 7 gallons worth of gasoline. I received an updated invoice, with the gas removed. However, an extra dolly was added to the bill. What a nightmare this entire experience was, from beginning to end.

I paid $7 for a dolly that wasn't actually provided for me. I requested that the money be taken off of my bill, but I just checked the receipt sent to me, and low and hold the $7 is still there. I feel dumb writing about seven dollars, but it's a bit annoying that the front desk person was obviously just trying to get me to go away and didn't actually do anything to remove the charge. The rental van was fine.

We were told insurance would be $11 and agreed to that. Upon returning the car we were charged $22. Of course this is on my moving day and a holiday, I did not have the time or energy to fight for my $11. That was dishonest and bad business. It felt like a bait and switch.
