wasnt able to upload photos. error message was something along the lines of "not enough memory space". i deleted enough photos and video to make room for the several required and got the same message. i also was able to take pics on my phone just fine. made it much longer process than it should have been. was inconvenient but the staff was helpful and took care of it manually.natalia P.

Make sure the Uhaul door latch handle is unlocked or that a key to open it is provided on key ring to the customer. They sent off the the lot with a truck thats latch to open the back was bolted shut, and when I got to my destination, saw the back door was bolted shut. I had to drive back to the Uhaul store to have them unlock it. The woman who was checking in and out vehicles was dismissive and not completing core tasks of her job... The people inside the Uhaul customer area were very helpful and attentive.Brianna L.

At time of rental over the phone 2 weeks prior, I reserved a truck for the full 8 hours. Upon pick up- we were advised we only had a 4 hour window. We assured our reservation was for 8 hours but due to overbooking our reservation was changed. It was unbelievable, and we had to scramble and use a smaller equipment van and it was more labor intensive and a lot of pressure for an issue that a confirmation and email did not matter in person at time of pick up. Please do not overbook vehicles. If someone pays and reserves for 8 hours allow them to rent the unit and not have to change to a smaller transport. We arrived at time of pick up as agreed and spent 30min to secure a smaller vehicle. The yard was large enough to accommodate more large box trucks, and the van we used was badly scratched and no power mirrors. We could not complete our tasks as the items we needed to move did not fit in this vehicle. Highly disappointed.OLGACARMEN S.

They do not except cash payment I was told but the employee excepted it anyways then when I came to get my change I had to wait for a manager which took almost 2 hours to come give me my change. Uhaul Facilities are supposed to give a customer somewhere to park. They do not have parking at this location I had to park my car in a garage and spend 26 dollars on parking. This is unacceptable.ANIELIA P.

This is a 24 hour drop off but the lot is too small for the volume they get. When I went to drop off, there was no one to direct any of us. There were 5 other drivers confused just like me - we went to the front door and saw the sign on how to return but it wasn't obvious, the lighting to read the sign was terrible, and I actually fell going back and forth from our rental truck to the drop box. An attendant would be very helpful, I really hurt myself all because there was no path between the office and the UHaul drop off lot and it was stressful trying to figure out what to do in the dark. Everything was great until drop-off.Karen P.
