Have someone there at a scheduled time. Zero contact at pickup or delivery. Had to do everything with several phone calls. Spent 45min just going through turn in process via phone at this location.

Waited at the front desk for 10 min before I took it upon myself to walk through an employee only door to find someone. There was a guy in the back tinting windows in a car who told me to just leave the paperwork on the desk and leave the trailer in the back. He never stopped what he was doing. Overall good experience with uhaul but I would never use this particular facility to rent from or return again.
We weren't greeted upon entering. The guy walked outside and took the trash out while we waited for him to come back. Was not a professional environment at all.
Everything was great.
Receiving person was washing a car (that is their main business), and just said give me the key and I'll send you an email. I told him there are two dollies inside. He said OK and that was that.
They should have helped me hook up the car dolly
I thought the rental period was 24 hours not 12, I wish I would of known that prior to the rental.
I was given 2 days by the customer service department when I called 1-800-GO-U-HAUL, but that wasn't in my reservation. I also was given 60 miles and that wasn't in my reservation either. So it wound up costing me twice what it was supposed to. However, it's still cheaper than the competition and the truck was in good shape. The staff was friendly and helpful.
I feel as I was over charged, I rented a uhaul the week before and only end up paying under $20 because of where the gas hand was, same price uhaul but about 15 miles different because of the location and ended up spending almost $85 dollars yes I'm very disappointed. The Gas hand on this one was well under half of a tank.

The gentleman sat in his car for approximately 10 minutes while I was sitting there waiting to pick up the trailer and then called me while sitting in his car and told me which trailer to hook up to. The only contact I had with him at pick up was by phone. I didnâ€™t receive a rental agreement or signed anything.
U-HAUL needs to have a work around when it comes to the reservation pick up process. Due to company wide computer issues it took almost 2 hours for me to get my rental vehicle. I also had to travel to and from multiple rental locations. You would think due to the size of U-HAUL they would have a Risk Management division with built in processes in case this occurs. If there is a process it isnâ€™t being communicated.
The vehicle waa in empty qhen picked up. We went a fwq miles to storage location and filled truck with furniture. At that time, we realized the tiew was flat and split . The truck was obviously not checked out when returned by previos customer. We called roas aide assistance. It took almost three hours to get it up and running. . I has to pay my labor Sunday overtime for the three hours lost...way more than the uhaul total rental cost. Called customer Service three times for help with compensation, just to be put on hold, transferred to wrkng department, etc. A customer service circus. To date, I've been charged full rental rate with no call back or compensation.
Don't ever rent from Lightning Car wash/Uhaul. Terrible service, unprofessional, and unreliable..Overall, AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I won't be using Uhaul again
Service rep would not help me pick up trailer to set up onto the trailer hitch. He told me the area of the trailer and left me to deal with hook up. Apparently the representative was more concerned about the car washing business on location than the uhaul business. Thanks for the sore back !!
Quoted one price for daily rental of truck but charged more. Over charged us on our number of rental days when asked to be explained our bill was told to call the corporate office for info. Did not ever receive a paper copy of our contract was said it would be sent to our email address this never happened.
I would never in my life rent another U-Haul from that location as long as I live I hurt my back trying to hook that trailer and the guy there would not help me I'm not all that big of a fella but he was he look like he played football for some NFL league but yet he was sitting on his ass inside that place not doing one thing but he would not help me told me it was not heavy the Dual tandem trailer is very heavy I had to go race after I did that with a hurt back it was not fun
We left more gas than we had when we picked up but they still charged .40 per over mileage which was only 14 miles and charged my card without telling me.Also the back of the truck was nasty not swept out we put brand new furniture had to ask for plastic to put down. Then at the drop off point the person answering phone was very rude.....
I had to hook up the trailer myself. I had to call the owner of the location to pick up and had to wait for him. I didn't receive the traditional U-Haul paperwork (rental agreement, etc.) so I had no documentation when in possession of the trailer. Also, the confirmation e-mail did not give the address of the location, just the name of the location. Only location my GPS gave was one of the two locations and that one did not have U-Haul. I had to call U-Haul and get the address of the proper location. Please, please put the address of the location on the confirmation e-mail. It would have saved time and fuel. Previous U-Haul experiences were excellent. This was by far the worst U-Haul rental experience I've had, starting with the lack of the address on the confirmation e-mail.
I rented the U-haul on 8 January. I loaded the U-haul and drove straight through to Georgia. I turned in the U-haul on 9 January In Warner Robins GA. I did not receive a receipt or anything from Uhaul until the 15th of January. The man who checked me in said I would be receiving an email shortly that day (9 January) and I never received anything. Also, the just told me where to put the trailer. He did not offer to help unhook or place the trailer. He also did not check for any damages or cleanliness upon turn in.This is not the way to do business.
I was upset about the fact that I had to put gas in the truck time I got it. This was very frustrating. Then I wasnâ€™t compensated for the extra gas I put in it . I had to make sure I was gonna make it to my destination.
