This is not a U-Haul store, but more of a satellite location just for returning rentals.The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The lady that helped me was super nice.
Lots of parking, bad weather that day so they closed early. I was able to turn in truck with phone.
The location was good and super close to my old address so it was convenient
I had to change my reservation 3 times before I was able to get this trailer and I kept having to tell the employees that I didn't want a dolly because of the trip distance, it was really annoying and unacceptable. This was in no fault that of lightning auto detail they were great.
No one received me. Some random man advised I just leave the trailer behind the building and I would get a receipt eventually (turned out to be 2 weeks later). I did wander into the building which is an empty family home and no one was around to help. Don't waste time here, use the 1235 Watson location for professional service.
The truck was not clean or sanitized when I picked it up and I was told that it would be. I didn't receive any assistance with hooking up the car trailer or how to utilize any of the equipment. The original tow trailer I reserved was not available and I never received notification of that. I found out at time of pick up and had to pay for what they had available which was extra.
Set up answering service, make sure voice mail message box isn't full. If you are offering text message response at least reply back with a out of office message. Update working hours.

Simplify the return process. Answering so many questions and taking so many pictures is quite complicated.
I didnt get the dolly I rented, the truck I had felt like it was about to breakdown at any minute, and I got charged for the dolly that I never received.
The trailer was dirty on the inside with hay and broken tempered glass. There was no assistance in putting trailer on or taking trailer off. Not an issue for me personally, but may be for some.

Charge customers what you quoted them and not more after it's time to pay
The man that helped us did a great job in getting us the best deal. However, it took us 1.5 hours to process because I signed up on-line for a 15' truck and then was called and they said they only had 20 footers but could give it to me for the same price as the smaller and I agreed. When I got to the locAtion for pickup, they had me signed up for two trucks and it took a lot of coordination to get it all corrected. In the end it turned out good.
no one was available to assist the return process. If I were U haul corporate this location would be removed from the list. I would rate this 0 out of 10.......

Have someone there at a scheduled time. Zero contact at pickup or delivery. Had to do everything with several phone calls. Spent 45min just going through turn in process via phone at this location.
Waited at the front desk for 10 min before I took it upon myself to walk through an employee only door to find someone. There was a guy in the back tinting windows in a car who told me to just leave the paperwork on the desk and leave the trailer in the back. He never stopped what he was doing. Overall good experience with uhaul but I would never use this particular facility to rent from or return again.
We weren't greeted upon entering. The guy walked outside and took the trash out while we waited for him to come back. Was not a professional environment at all.

Receiving person was washing a car (that is their main business), and just said give me the key and I'll send you an email. I told him there are two dollies inside. He said OK and that was that.
They should have helped me hook up the car dolly
I thought the rental period was 24 hours not 12, I wish I would of known that prior to the rental.
