I turned the trailer in on Monday, Jan 15, 2024. When I pulled up the gentleman at the facility told me to just drop it off and I will receive an e-mail as receipt of turn in later that day. So I dropped it off and left and a week later I got an email from UHaul stating that I hadn't turned in the equipment. So I went back to Lightning Auto Detail to find out what happened and the trailer was still there and I found the individual I spoke with on the 15th and he told me he forgot to turn it in. So he assured me he had called his boss and had taken photos of the trailer and I would be receiving an email shortly for receipt of turn in. TWO HOURS later I had yet to receive this email so I called the support line and spoke to a representative that took care of it for me and I immediately got an email of receipt of turn in. This location is not a good representation of UHaul and the customer service that your company can provide. Moving is a stressful enough endeavor without the added stress of not knowing if you'll be charged extra for an entire trailer. Please fix this location or pull your name off of it.Jeremy G.

Storage pickup area is all dirt. With a heavy vehicle trailer it was very difficult to raise the hitch due to the trailer sinking into the ground. They either need to pave it or have blocked available and inter the trailer jack. I almost wasn't able to get the trailer high enough to hook it up.Harvey B.

We were informed that they are supposed to hook us up with us and we just put our car in the back. When we arrived at the location no one that worked for the U-Haul portion was there. The other business attached to this building was a detail shop for cars. No one for the U-Haul was there at all they told us from the detail shop to call a phone number we did that. The man that answered the phone call told us to take pictures after we hook up ourselves and send them to them to make sure we did it right. Fortunately I have hooked one of these up several times before so I knew how to do it. If this were a case where someone showed up there and didn't know how to hook it up they could've done it wrong and it could've been very dangerous. The place has one agent and he is very lazy. He take me out to point to the trailer then disappeared into the house. I have to find the light cable myself from thenearby trailer, after half hour looking for the man. Checked the email I realized that the contract had beed made and send to me, so I just take the rented trailer and left the place. The early next morning (Sunday Aug 14, 2022), I came back to return the trailer. Again there is no one on site, so I just left the trailer there as usual for other uhaul places. Today, Aug 19, 2022 at 14:40 I am very supprised to get the receipt of more than hundred dolar over charged for the period from Aug 13 to Agu 19.Quang N.

The equipment was in Severe need of oil for the tie downs. Had to take a hammer both times to undo the tie downs. Was not a pleasant trip with issues trying to get the car off the dolly because straps would not loosen due to ratchet would not come lose.Billy T.

These people are thieves. I rented a truck for less than three hours, drove exactly my â€œestimatedâ€ miles, and filled the truck up further to the full arrow than I picked it up. When I returned the keys, they said they would â€œcheck it in laterâ€. They then billed me for filling the truck as if I hadn't already done so. I was so impressed by the help and kindness that I received from the employees at the Warner Robins Ga, Marshallville Ga and Santa Ana Ca locations, where I picked up and dropped off our truck and Trailer. The truck was new with only 4 thousand miles on it and both the truck and trailer got us cross country without any issues or incidents. I will absolutely recommend Uhaul to my family, friends and acquaintances. The only thing I was disappointed with, was that I returned the trailer 4 days before the due date and I was not reimbursed for the $17 dollars a day insurance, that I purchased for the full 8 days on the trailer.DENISE L.

First pick up location was horrible m. No personnel and equipment was blocked: Mama Bees Car Wash, Ft Valley. Had to drive 20 min after waiting 30 min which put me about an hour behind on a tight schedule. Was promised a $50 credit but it was never applied to my charges! Place is located inside the auto detailing shop. Personnel were friendly but not helpful. I needed a help to drop the vehicle trailer off. Muddy car wash place, we were told just to leave the key and the receipt would be emailed, and then we were hit with a $25 gas surcharge, even though I feel that the gas indicator was exactly where it was when I picked up the vehicle. These things are very hard to read, it would be better just to always provide a vehicle with a full tank to avoid such issues.UTE V.

Really it was the process before I picked up the trailer. I reserved a trailer in Warner robins ga and then got a text that it was changed to Cochran Georgia for pick up. Its about 15 miles away from here. So I drive there to pick it and it was the wrong address. So I call there location and spoke to them. I ask where they were locate at and if the car trailer was ready. She told me they only had a car dolly available. So I said that's not what reserved and will not work. Then uhaul found another trailer in Warner robins. So I had to drive all they back to where I started at and all this made me late for my appointment.francis M.

The equipment that I requested included a 26' truck, 2 hand trucks, and a dozen wrappers for furniture. What I got was a 20' truck. Nothing else. Further more the truck only had a quarter of a tank. Price was reduced in the end however, drastic changes needed to be made to my moving schedule to accommodate the loss of space and equipment.Wilhemina K.

I reserved my trailer for my move 2 months in advance. The day beforehand I get a pickup location change. Then another, then another. When the final location was sent , it was a 130 mile round trip. The people was working with lots of water out in front of the building washing cars and that made the place look unkept.
