MEGHAN SThe auto transport trailer I got appeared to be in decent shape except when I got to the location to load the car up I was pulling the slide out ramps out the trailer and found out the hard way the left side ramp had no stop to keep it from separating from the trailer. My foot appears to have something broken in it due to the ramp landing on it. The right side was ok as the stop was good on that side. This really stinks. U-Haul should have a more stringent inspection process on equipment before releasing to a customer. I’m not one to run to a doctor every time I get hurt but I may end up having to go with this. If so I’m going to be asking U-Haul for some doctor payment money
JOSEPH BVery rude staff the lights didnt work got stranded on side of road waiting for roadside assistance the trailer leaked my sons stuff got ruined and the brake on the trailer kept sticking
