When I took the vehicle to this place they never explained to me that I had been assigned a different place to return the truck. They never explained to me that I would be charged for not dropping the truck off at the other location. They charged me money without notifying me that they would charge me for the location drop off and never had me sign a consent for the charge. They also never gave me the option to go ahead and take the vehicle to the other location. This was fraudulent of them to do.
