My son dropped the trailer off at your location on Sunday you we're closed. Called Monday to make sure the trailer was checked in. Thank you it was very convenient. I received a call informing me that they checked the rental in.

Need to Have rental agent at location. Had to do contract over the phone. Folks were all very helpful, and even over phone it went smoothly. Need to have hitch balls and tube on hand. I had to go to AutoZone to get one. An extra $50.

I had this reserved 1 week in advance and I even called 2 days prior to do a faster checkin. I also asked everything I need will be available. She said yes. I get there and I wait literally hour and half to go through the whole process. They had no one to help with the trailer. They had no dollies or moving equipment that I had requested to move my things. Horrible experience.

I had to wait for almost 30 minutes for the lady that handled the Uhaul transactions to come in to the office. The truck that I reserved had a bent rim so I then had to wait for another truck. The location also did not have any of the furniture blankets that I reserved, nor did they offer to find another location that had them. The truck was dirty, and only had 1/4 tank of fuel. Extremely disappointed with this location.

Even though I returned the equipment during business hours, the business was locked with no notice as to when anyone would return. I dropped off a truck with a tow dolly attached on Saturday, December 15, 2018 within the specified time of my contract. I received email notification that the truck had been returned. On Wednesday, December 19, I received a notice that the tow dolly was returned on Monday, December 17 along with an invoice for an additional $43.20 charge. I called UHaul on Thursday December 20 and the rep said she would get in touch with the area manager and I could expect a call from him within a couple of days. On Saturday December 22, I received an email stating an additional $30 late fee had been added to the invoice. Thinking I would hear from the area manager, I waited to contact UHaul again until Monday, December 24. The rep tried to contact the area manager but had to leave a mesage. At 11:24am on the 24th the area manager, Eddie, called to let me know he would be calling someone at 11 am, Arizona time I believe he said and have this taken care of. He confirmed that he would email me once he contacted them. It is Monday night, December 24, 8:55 pm and I have heard nothing! I feel when the UHaul dealer realized the mistake, they should have immediately made sure no additional invoice would be sent to the customer. However, I have been threatened to have this account placed for collection if the additional charges are not paid. These additional charges need to be taken care of immediately!

I had to lock the key up in the truck because the droobox was broken which in turn created an issue for Elite. Elite did not have a spare key which I was unaware of but I was not going to leave the truck unlocked and be held responsible if truck was stolen!

I followed the guide for filling the gas tank and the “approximate” refill amounts were about 8 gallons off!!! I spent $25.00 on excess gas for the tank and feel customers should get a refund if they have followed the refill gauge sheet and overfilled since you penalize for not refilling.

I always have to wait on the agent to get back to the store. I have rented twice from there and both times the agent was out of the office for one reason or another. Otherwise, friendly folks and clean equipment.

I was overcharged and charged twice. The uhaul was filthy and full of dirt and trash in the back when I picked it up. I was within three miles of my estimated mileage and swept the truck out well to avoid extra charges. When I called to talk about the overcharging, they were too busy to talk to me. I hope I can get this resolved by getting in touch with uhaul.

Move the key drop off to the front of the store. Had to try to maneuver around equipment without falling and could not see the key box hanging on back of fence wall.

The service was slow and unorganized. Also, I was billed an extra 100 miles of driving by a mistake they made in reporting mileage. I am still working to resolve this issue.

I went in to pick up the truck i reserved a little before 9. The lady said that she could not find key so they fumbled around looking and calling/texting multiple people and finally found the key. Then she had to call and wait for U-Haul to answer in order to get my rental to go through. Then they could not find the dolly i was supposed to get so i ended up having to get 1 with a different number than one on contract. it took almost an hour just to get checked out. They marked the U-Haul as having 1/2 tank of gas but when i got in truck it was in between 3/8 and 1/2 tank so i told lady this and she said just to bring it back at same level it was and that is what i did. Then i get charged for gas to get it to 1/2 tank. Very unprofessional place to do business. I have rented U-hauls in the past but this was worst experience i ever had.

DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH ELITE FOR ANY REASON!!!! I rented a Uhaul from here a couple of years ago so when I needed another one I went back. I should have paid more attention to my last experience and went somewhere else, but I chalked it up to just my bad luck I was blessed with. It was a convenient location and in the end that's all I can say good about it. When I left with the uhaul I noted mentally how much gas was in it. Unfortunately I was stressed and in a hurry so I forgot to take a pic of the gas gauge. The Uhaul was very dirty...complete with empty sunflower seed shells all over the floor. I was a little shocked that a detail shop couldn't make the effort to clean it. It was the only one that size I could get and I didn't have time to complain due a time shortage. Before I returned the uhaul I stopped and put enough gas in it to return it to the level when I rented it. I have witnesses to this. I knew that they charged a $30 refill fee plus about 3.75 a gallon if it wasn't returned with the correct amount of gas so I made sure I returned it to the proper amount. At this point I needed to save as money much as possible so I wasn't stupid enough to not fill it back up. I returned the uhaul the next day and took a pic of the mileage and gas level before I left. The woman told me her daughter would be back in the morning so she would send me a final bill then. What I didn't realize was that a $50,000 uhaul would sit there in my name until she returned it. What that means is this...I was responsible for it until it was officially returned which turned out to be two days that it was left unattended in my name in their parking lot. If stolen or damaged I was responsible. Two days later after not receiving a final bill I called and she finally checked it back in. After receiving my final bill I was charged a $30 gas refill fee plus $26.20 in gas. The $30 was dropped and she deducted $10 from from the gas bill which left me owing $13.20. I called back and was told I returned the uhaul without gas. She claimed one time it was returned at 1/8 and then later 3/8 of a tank. So at this point I went 30 miles and they are claiming I used 7 gallons of gas on top of the roughly 6 gallons of gas I put in for a total of 13 gallons. That comes out to be about 2.3 gallons a mile that uhaul supposedly used. I thanked her for discounting the original amount of $53.50 owed for gas that I didn't even owe down to $13. I guess if you rip somebody off you should always act like you are doing them a favor while doing it. I have proof of everything that I have stated here and a pic of the gas gauge with mileage when returned, but I paid the $13 because obviously she needs it worse than I do. I know that the uhaul had very little gas in when I drove off but I made sure to cover myself cause I'm not about to pay someone 3.75 a gallon for gas, and $30 to pump it. I did talk to a general manager named David Overly, and even though he wasn't over this place he was
