after carefully looking over my receipt when I got home, it showed I was ripped off $10.00 by Gary Naranjo who charged my card for items I never order such as a dolly for $5 and furniture pads for $5 that I never bought! Watch out for these crooks at this location.. I will be going back tomorrow for a refund on the $10 over charge he just threw on my card or I will be contacting my bank, consumer affairs, better business bureau, and attorney general due to this location is not being honest and stealing money off your card if you don't look carefully at your receipt!! This is bad business and I will get this resolve tomorrow! not good!!

My uhaul experience at this location was not good. I had to wait over an hour standing in line both when I picked up the uhaul truck and when I returned it. This location is under staffed and it needs more help

Customer service rep mumbled and starred at me while I waited for him to unhook the trailer. Finally he decided to help me, then said , " I sent you an email! As he walked away mumbling. Had to return to the center to see where the receipt was. Terrible customer service.

Kara at the desk could not run the computer rental program and kept us waiting 30 minutes for the customer in front of us, telling everyone the computer froze. I think they left without renting. When it was my turn, we got part way through the paperwork and she told us the computer froze again. Turns out that it was just waiting for me to push a button to verify a card, and she had no idea what was going on. Then they asked me for a second credit card in order to rent to me. I call bullshit. I made the same rental last year from Bear Valley storage on Apetite and they didn't want a second card. Or a second phone number. When we went out to look at the equipment, it was filthy and covered in dents and dings and tar, bugs and other black scuffs. The back door was severely damaged, but it still locked, so she said it was ok. It was NOT ok. Dust leaked in constantly when we drove on a dirt road and when it rained, all of our stuff in the back got soaked and filthy due to already being dusted. The bad door was the only damage recorded on the paperwork so Kara told us that we had to do HER JOB and go over the entire van and record EVERYTHING that was wrong ( on a tiny picture on a tiny piece of paper) and we were told that we would be charged $150 and up, for every little spot we missed, when we came back. Even if we didn't do it, because it was not recorded before hand! That is atrocious! What a racket! Also, I asked what would happen if we were to get back late, and I was told there would only be the charge of the additional days. But when we were one day late, the rude b%#ch on the phone told me that there was a mandatory late charge (though she wouldn't tell me how much) AND a $50.00 charge for interfering with another customer's rental, even though she could not prove that there was another customer waiting for the van. Then she practically hung up on me. As it turned out, the man who checked in my vehicle was very nice and there was only the charge for the additional day. That does not help with my damaged property however, or that I lost 3 hours between thier "froze" computer and going over the van with a fine tooth comb so as not to be charged for damage I didn't do. Also, the van sucked. Mirrors not adjustable from inside. Would not STAY adjusted. Doors lock or un lock when van is started or turned off - very annoying. The transmission had something wrong with it-very wrong. And I kept getting flashed a "change oil soon" light.

They accepted the return vehicle but did not clear it. I called several times and got hung up on finally I spoke to 2 different people that said I would get a return call back and I never did. I got text and emails that my truck was late which it was not. I returned it the same day I rented it. I still have not gotten a resolution to my problem to date.

Waited 27 minutes for one customer to check out/be helped. The check in process needs to be looked at. There also needs to be more people at the front counter. One person at the counter when there is a line and it takes more than 20 minutes to help one someone is not a good thing. It makes your customers irritable and not want to do business with you. Another problem is your "S" hooks are not universal. After standing in line and then waiting to have the trailer put on my car I had to leave and borrow a car because your hooks would not fit on my own SUV. Not only was this a pain but I had to stand in line again and wait for another 45 minutes before I could get the trailer on the new vehicle. Overall horrible experience at this location.

When I went in there was none at the office I had to wait for over 15 minutes in the empty office before someone was able to help me. Afterwards when we had the trailer hooked up....the worker realized that one of the trailers lights was not working so we had to spend another 15 minutes trying to switch to another trailer. It made me late to the place I was supposed to be. After we dropped of it was a few minutes before 5 and they said since the go home at five they could not CK it till the next day we would know and receive a receipt. 3 days later that's when I received my receipt.
