I was cheated by at least three gallons of fuel when I rented. I suspected that the tank was not truly full because the gauge was right on the white mark for full instead of slightly past it, as with most fuel gauges. I moved two filing cabinets in a Victorville before fulling loading the truck for a 200 mile trip to Las Vegas. In 19 miles the fuel gauge dropped by 1/8 of the tank. I stopped at Costco in Victorville and filled it up before loading for the Las Vegas trip. It took 6.4 gallons to fill it for a 19-mile supposedly full tank. Impossible! The truck only had two filing cabinets. However, after fully loading it for Las Vegas with at least 4,000 lbs, I filled it up at Costco in Henderson at the end of the trip and calculated my MPG. I got 8.5 MPG with two tons loaded. Now, tell me that I was not cheated out of gas when I picked it up! And, both times that I filled it up, the gas gauge went past the white full line. A number of years ago I rented a truck from the same Victorville location and had the same thing happen, I was cheated on a full tank, but that time I drove it back in after only putting about ten miles on it. The refused to make it right and claimed it left with a full tank. I almost did not use them again this time, but they were closest to my location. One other thing is that they browbeat you in to taking their insurance. If you give them the name of your auto insurance company, then they will tell you to wait while they call your insurance company to see if your insurance covers truck rentals. My auto insurance covers me for the smaller rental trucks, but not the 24-footer, but still, they were not satisfied after my insurance company had me covered and they insisted that if an accident happened, they will pursue me and not my insurance company. So why even ask if I have auto insurance? I recently rented from Budget Trucks too and they gave me a full tank of fuel and never hassled me about my insurance.

Rented a trailer. Two in a row needed wiring service, lights didn't work. Also, rented on website which sent me to the wrong location which didn't have trailers. Workers were kind and helpful, but website failures and equipment failures were disappointing.

I arrived to this location and they were having trouble with there internet. I was understanding that it may take an extra minute to get my trailer picked up with this issue. they spent about 45 minutes trying to check me out on the computer. once they were able to get me checked out we went our to hook up trailer the one I had rented had a red tag on it and the young of trailer wad bent. there was a perfectly good trailer sitting next to it but they said they could not rent it to me because of the internet. after them saying they didn't know what to do for another 15 minutes I asked them if they could call dispatch or it seems like in 2017 and a company as larde as uhaul would have a backup paper system so you didn't have to waste 2 hours of your paying customers time. they said there was nothing they could do, so I imedietly told them I would call the main uhaul number and do it myself and this is finaly when someone there decided they wanted to help and got on the phone and got things figured out. I was finally able to leave with the trailer I paid for. the next day i received a text message that stated my drop off location had changed and I needed to drop it off at a location that was further away from my first location. so I returned the trailer to the new location where I was told I had the wrong location and needed to go back to my original location. so after all this i am very frustrated with the situation where I paid top dollar for a service that fell very short. the trailer worked great and was clean but that was as good as it got.

The line was too long for only two people to be working. They didn't accommodate the people who had reservations. I waited in line for over an hour and I had completed everything on line. I tried the express check-in and it didn't work. I left my garage for opener in the truck that night. I called to inform them that it was left in the truck that night, called again numerous times the next day and still didn't get any help. I just paid $100 deposit for the remote and they were no help in trying to find it. I called in enough time for someone to check the truck before being rented, but they didn't waste any time in charging my card at that morning.

Don't overcharge people. Don't tell people they can return something after hours/before opening if you aren't going to check your parking lot each day when you open for returned trailers. We dropped off and the lot was full with moving trucks. We dropped our trailer off in the only open space (close to the sidewalk). Trucks were being moved to the back as we dropped off the trailer so the fact that our trailer was dropped off on time should have been noticed! Very disappointed to see that nobody noticed that trailer was returned until 3pm the next day - and then charged me as if I had dropped it off at that time. Very poor service! I hope I get a prompt refund and don't have to go through the hassle of disputing this charge with my credit card company.

The general manager is a dick. Get a new general manager. Learn the basic of customer service. STOP being so offensive with a staff with a chip on their shoulder. They fake their customer service around their offensive comments

I've been here several times and usually all goes great. This time however, the front desk was understaffed. Eisha was the only person working the front desk, we felt the wait times were too long.

after carefully looking over my receipt when I got home, it showed I was ripped off $10.00 by Gary Naranjo who charged my card for items I never order such as a dolly for $5 and furniture pads for $5 that I never bought! Watch out for these crooks at this location.. I will be going back tomorrow for a refund on the $10 over charge he just threw on my card or I will be contacting my bank, consumer affairs, better business bureau, and attorney general due to this location is not being honest and stealing money off your card if you don't look carefully at your receipt!! This is bad business and I will get this resolve tomorrow! not good!!

They seemed understaffed so the people that helped me worked very hard to make up for it. My wait was longer than it should have been picking up the truck. The employees that were there were great though.

Took too long at the return. Only 2 people working. One person doing everything. Hire more people on weekends...
