The truck was there, but I ordered a dolly with straps a week prior to pick-up and was assured that I would have it. On the rental date I waited for about 30 minutes while the staff person went looking all over the property for a dolly. In the end he had no dolly. The explanation I was given was that the person who returned the truck did not return the dolly. When I mentioned that I had a washer and dryer to move, he said that I did not request an "appliance dolly". I refurse to accept either of these explanations. Then He told me that I would not be charged for the dolly, and I was charged for the dolly when I looked at my online receipt. This neglect greatly hindered my move and I had to reach out to him again to remove the charge for the dolly.

Allen SI picked up Wednesday in the morning 10 AM and was told that I was being charged a day over 12 hours so every 12 hours I was being charged another day that doesn’t seem right. I end up my stuff that I moved. Somebody had broken in and they destroyed a lot of my stuff so it took me twice as long. I thought I would clear out two units, but I only got one and it was a mess so I got it back in Friday morning and I haven’t looked at, but I was told that I was charged every 12 hours I was charged a day you need to. I think that needs to be corrected. You’ve got my paperwork through you. I’d appreciate it if you would straighten it out for me That again slipped behind the wheel twice and I’m just I’m 70 years old and I’m just catching up being back to somewhat of a normal day, please respond thank you.
