LUIS DThe staff weren't helpful and with attitude. The van wasn't easy to take out of the parking area and the person just handed the key and left. The requested equipment wasn't in the van and had to be asked for it and I had to grab it myself. When I asked if i needed more hours , he restrictly replied no and it seemed that he didn't have enough knowledge that time could be added through APP. Overall didn't have a great experience.
Nahid NGuardian is great! The UHaul app is glitchy and sort of bad, so I am glad there was someone at the location to help. If this were an after hours pick up, it would have been a bit of a mess I think!
