Truck was leaking from the inside of the cabin luckily my cargo was well covered and no damage on top of that the windshield wiper came off during rain while I was on highway had to pull over and adjust in pouring rain technical support and help put us on a long hold by that point I had figured out what to do to fix it. Should have gotten a full refund

There was an item left in between the seats from a previous user which may or may not mean that it had been thoroughly cleaned in between customers. Other than that the experience was great.
Furniture blankets were dirty, with COVID going on this is not in compliance with any sanitary conditions. This needs to change ASAP. I was i formed the blankets are reused not washed etc. my daughter has medical conditions and is at risk due to the poor choices uhaul is making. I will not recommend this company for future business.
I rented trailer 1/5 2021 for 12 h for $14.99. Bring back same day at 8 :25pm. Received U-Haul Contract 22112293 today by may e-mail 9:06 am for total amount charge $49.11. This is BS !! Ð¤shamed of you !!!!
They forgot to include the furniture pads we paid to rent. Our furniture got messed/scratched up because we didn't have any pads.

Have the van that was reserved available. The location didn't have the Can that I reserved available and I was notified only 30 min before I arrived to pick up the van. Because of this I end up making many more trips to move my items and spend over $200 in gas.
Customer service was very bad. The girl with the grossly long nails that took care of me couldn't care less about the customers. Her tone of voice and demeanor, so bad. Extremely off putting. The other attendants weren't any better. Barely speak and show zero courtesy.
The young lady who checked us in seemed almost bothered she had to do a 'job.' Her fingernails were easily 1.5 inches long and it was PAINFULLY obvious that, due to this manual handicap, daintily tapping the keyboard carefully with the 'pads' of her fingertips was a fair indication this was a job she was not suited for. Also...no smiles. At ALL. No hint of "hey, thank you for giving us money and using our business." Just an uninterested, unsmiling, rote approach to her "job." Next---the truck. Filthy. What seemed like a thousand tiny waterspots annoyingly hampered the view. Sprayed cleaner to clean it. Wait, what?! The spots are still there?! Yes, because those thousands of little water-type spots were on the INSIDE of the windshield. Same Windex. Same unnecessary effort on the part of us, the renters, to clean a vehicle that should have been customer-ready from the get-go. Dashboard had light dust. We cleaned it with ArmorAll. Interior floor...dirty. And we Armorall'd the seats before we even sat in them. Pitiful experience.

I tried to do everything online. I booked the vehicle put in my driver's license, credit card, everything. When I got to the location I could not complete the pick up with my phone. Something about not being able to track my location. Too many hoops to jump through. Your online system is flawed! I had to go inside, despite Covid concerns. The woman that helped me, Lindzey, was very nice but I still had to give her my information, driver's license, and credit card, AGAIN. Another young woman that had been working outside came and was talking to Lindzey without a mask ! I asked her why she wasn't wearing a mask. Her response was, â€œI was just going to put it onâ€, but she made no effort to do so. You are running a place of business and I need to feel safe in that place of business. I did not! I wish I had gotten her name. She should be fired.

I would like to commend louis for his good customer service when I returned the vehicle. I would like to say that the personnel who assisted me when I started to borrow the vehicle needs to be coached on how to engage with customers. He was not accommodating and was mumbling when he talks. I was given a van that was not washed on the outside. It was dirty and it was parked in between two poles where it is difficult to back out from the parking lot. Van was dirty and unwashed. I hope the van can be cleaned before you let other customer use it.
