I was charged for a furniture dolly, never received on, was still charged. After sending an email to the GM, no response and still charged. On top of that, they tried to charge me double even though the truck was returned within 12 hours, which by definition is same day. It looks like they reversed the double charged, however still charged me for the furniture dolly, which is very upsetting as it caused our move to take much longer and more strain on my body because I had to carry a lot of the furniture that would not fit on the utility dolly.

I was switched to a different uhaul location because the one I chose said they weren't open until 10am.even though i signed up for a mobile pickup. I went to the uhaul store they transferred me to. then the sales rep was very unhelpful. One item (furniture dolly) was missing from the truck. When I returned the truck the agent was very slow to process. Overall my move went smooth other than my experience I had at your stores.

Just barely though,you offer4daysrental at the price stated but i open my big mouth & say i might be able to do it in 2 days well it took 3day gotta LOTTA BALLS makin me pay for a third day damn well belive im going to tell all my friends and anyone else who,ll listen you pulled the same( STUF) WHEN I RENTED A BOX TRUCK about a mounth ago your damn right i,ll give you a review

The rep who did the walk around with me in the morning did not open the back of my truck to show me the inside so when I got to my location and attempted to open the rear, the key was bent and would not work. I had to call customer service and then was transferred to roadside assistance who told me to either drive back to the location I rented it from or cut it with bolt cutters. It wasted over an hour of my time and luckily the place I was at had bolt cutters. I was only accommodated $10 off the truck which I don’t believe was enough.

When I drop it I have to walk far to get my car. I am still tired and I saw additional charge was done. You need to contact Customer and notify about any additional charges. I delivered truck and employee checked and say all was fine.
