The manager was the only person working on a busy Saturday morning, and extremely rude. When I arrived there were 5 people ahead of me: it took 45 minutes to be seen. I already had a reservation for a truck. I’d been left a VM at 8:33 AM stating that I needed to go to Van Nuys because no truck was available in the size I needed where i’d Made my reservation. The manager was extremely rude, telling me that he didn’t have a 26 ft truck and why was I even here? I explained about the VM—he laughed and told me he didn’t believe me. When I brought out my phone and asked if he wanted to hear the VM, he stormed away. Eight minutes later I had a truck—with 10-12 angry people standing behind me, talking about how rudely i’d been treated. This guy needs another job. Go elsewhere for a truck.

Only had one person working one of the two computers on an early Saturday morning. Need more help and more computers. This is a busy location. Had to wait 30 minutes to get truck.

The representative set up the wrong drop off location which was 7 miles away from our requested drop off location. We asked him to change it since we have to pay per mile and he said it was too late and he can't change it so to call the 800 number and tell them to do it.

Just achieve my little request, Please remove the dolly and the Blanket from the truck, I don't Need Tham, I need that space, It's not the first time You guys living those inside, And 2 days ago I rent again 15' truck, and today after 2 days you Guys called me and asked me When I am going to return the Truck, But I already returned 2 days ago After about 3 or 4 hours, from the time I rented. I checked in using the app, b/c the app and the signs in the store say you can “skip the lines”. But after I checked in on the app, I was told by store attendant to “get in line” to get my key. Took me even longer than if i had never used the app. Same with drop off process. And i was charged for gas even though i dropped off truck with same amount of gas.

The man who showed me to my car was very helpful, and nice. He offered to drive it out fir me. Very sweet. The man in the office who took my credit card info and gave me my keys was not very pleasant. He never smiled, and mumbled as he spoke. I felt uncomfortable dealing with this man.

lower cost would be most beneficial knowing that a trailer can be purchased for a certain amount. And knowing that other companies such as Home Depot is beating your price for local hourly truck and van rental is an indication that you are charging too much. Competition keeps prices low to benefit the consumer

I got a different truck then what was assigned to me. The guy that supposed to walk with me around the truck didn’t didn’t bother to do anything but say “your all set.” When I got in I noticed that there was very little gas in the truck then what was stated in the contract. I also noticed that the mileage was off then what the contract stated. I went over to the guy to tell him, he was just like that’s all we have right. I got the feeling that I was bothering him. So I went inside to let someone else know. The gentleman did everything that needed to be done before they tell the customer “your all set” he emailed me a new contact and he pointed out all the dents that the truck had. The reservationists was very professional over the phone . as well as the lady that helped me get set up inside. But the young gentleman that was working outside not so much. Maybe he was busy and alone at the time, but still it was very unwelcoming feeling.

Keep scheduled, confermed appointments. Management should try to apologize when made aware of problems.. He got mad. Then he messed up too/again. I requested a1 week rental. Mgmt. did 2 day. They acted as if I was stealing a trailer.

Location provided a dirty truck with only 1/8 of gas. They stated that if I returned it with 1/4 gas, they would give me gas credit. They tried to charge me for the stains on the truck, and also not give me credit for the gas. After speaking up, I finally got the credit and they did not charge me for the stain. Also, the previous location that I was supposed to get the truck from did not even stay open so I can get the equipment.
