Make sure that the trucks are in proper operating order before being released. I had to endure heavy rain, got soaking wet, as I waited for 3 separate trucks to be delivered, as each one of them had a check engine light on. I needed to drive over 800 miles, and did not want to risk having a mechanical breakdown.

My reservation included a transporter. The transporter was not available as promised. The service person informed me that it had not been returned yet and someone will call me later that date about it. No one had called me by 3:30 PM on 1/14 and I called only to be informed that it was not going to be available. I was transferred to Customer Service and then transferred again before getting help from Christine who found a transporter. I lost a good portion of my day and had to drive until after midnight to reach my destination before the next day. Additionally, I had reserved a hand-truck but it was not on the truck. This was not a good experience.

I showed up to a long line in the AM. Only one guy at the counter trying to track down bolts for a customer while the line grew. I went outside to try to get help, the guy didn't say a word to me. Short heavy set Latino guy. Checked my paperwork sorta walked around each side but not the back. Then told me to remove the sun shade in the window and put it behind the seat. I drove off, only to return because my moving pads/blankets, and appliance dolly was not in the truck. I wasted 2 hours of my day waiting on you guys to clean the back of the truck, yell at the fat kid, and load up my rentals., and then the return took 30 mins because of not enough staff. Why should I pay $160 for this service? I'll expect a call or I'll call my credit card for such poor service. I also returned it with MORE gas than I was given

I returned it right on the borderline of two days going into three. The Uhaul representative was cool and said he would charge me for two. This all occurred during my outside vehicle inspection/ checkout. But then my card on file didn’t process and I had to go inside. So far not a problem. Until I went inside and the manager attempted to charge me for three days. On top of that he went back outside and took more time to go and find the U-Haul to re-report the mileage etc. which was already done.... At this point I was fed up and in a hurry so I left, but immediately called Uhaul so I could pay over the phone. I brought up the situation , then the call center rep informed me I can only pay online. Which made no sense?! Because I use Uhaul often, and a few times when I was getting a new truck they informed me I had to make a call over the phone to pay your past due balance. So I doubted the rep and lived to fight another day.. Meanwhile a few days later I received a phone call. “Hi Marc, when are you going to be returning our truck?” Talk about trying to scare me!! So I explain the situation and then they mysteriously find the truck. And the same manager that was going to charge me for three days, said he would charge me for two and apologized for the scare and for the weight that day.. So I paid and that was supposed to be the end of it. Until I receive my invoice and saw I was charge for three days. I immediately called The local store back and I was forwarded to the call center. I informed that lady of the situation and she said she would mark my message as urgent: “ reimburse me for my one day or I will file a dispute with my bank.” The matter was never resolved so I did what I had to do. Also another fun fact, it turns out that the original call center rep misinformed me and I am able to pay over the phone... Get your s#!t together Uhaul. :)

I had one of the most amazing experiences at this u-haul location dealing with Jason Miller. I came in 7 minutes before closing and he was very pleasant to deal with him and his crew. Very calm and comfortable atmosphere thanks guys

I rented the equipment on a Sunday morning. It took an hour from the time I walked in until I left. There was only one person working at the counter on a very busy morning. Most of the people in line had reservations, so it is ridiculous that only one person was working!

The two attendants when I returned the truck were very rude . I parked the truck under the canopy but one of then started screaming that I need it to flip it. When i went into the office Joseph said to turn the truck around and that the checkout is outside. Well..nobody approached me outside other than a guy screaming from 30 yards away !!! There are no signs anywhere that indicated the way the truck needs to be parked and even of there were they still should be doing the job of moving the truck inside your lot. They were doing absolutely nothing at the time and there were no other clients. I have rented from this location several times in the last few months and I always park the truck the same way upon return. Extremely rude and lazy attendants this time

Worst Uhaul location ever!! Forgot to put pads in truck and charged me, got the gas perfectly back to level and charged me anyways and gave me a crappy truck, took a long time to check me and were overall horrible people to deal with. Please close this location down! 30 year uhaul customer!!!

Over charged by 3x Rented for 2 hours. Charged for 3 days. Huge hassle to get refund. Takes days. They should refund me completely and apologize. They should also implement a way to reach the store directly to resolve issues.
