Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulIf dollies are requested at the time rental is placed one would expect they will be with the truck when being picked up for use. I was told to drive to another location if I needed them as they do not keep any at this pick up/drop off location.
Judith SBetter customer service. Older gentleman was not friendly and not willing to help on Sunday morning.
AMMAN HThe service was great at Getty BP and very helpful.
Steven CThe employee told me to take the wrong key. I took the first and second photos for the app. I decided I should pull the truck out of the extremely cramped parking spot to get the side pictures. The door would not unlock. I went to the truck next to it and the key unlocked that one. I continued with my truck check. The mileage did not match so I typed it in. It told me I couldn't accept the mileage and to see the agent. I went back in where he told me I had the wrong key. I got the correct key but could not get into the page to do more pictures. Very frustrating.
