Have an app that works! It took almost two hours and several phone calls for me to get the keys for the vehicle. And of course you charged me for the full 8 hours. Extremely inconvenient! I will never use U-Haul again. I will tell anyone and everyone to not use U-Haul ever!

CHRISTOPHER GI could not get a receipt because the gentleman said he had no printer. He was very busy pumping gas! The final invoice was $200 more than I was quoted and there was no one at U-Haul to discuss this issue with. I am still waiting for a resolution
christopher yThe owner could not find the key and said he did not have Internet I could use. I had to go to a Dunkin' Donuts to use their Wi-Fi and walk back to get to the truck. I also had to find the key which was actually in the dropbox. Would not recommend.

Angela LTrucks are packed into pretty tight spaces so hard to take pictures of existing damage and tough to park back in the spot when completed. Otherwise, very good experience.
Matthew PThe truck was clean but the drivers side visor was broken and kept falling down completely impairing your view when driving it was very dangerous. Also this has nothing to do with the location but the app isn't user friendly at all. It's absolutely terrible.

Brenda MI was over charged after returning truck. We only drove 24 miles, refilled tank back to its original starting point, dropped truck off 12:30pm instead 2 pm. Ending receipt states gas tank 1/4 full. Estimate went up from $152 dollars to $203. We only drove 24 miles and was charged for 1/2 a tank of gas. Which we dropped truck off refilled to 1/2 full.
Tammy DThe drop off location was closed on Sunday when i returned the truck and the location was at a defunct gas station so I was a little uncomfortable with the drop off location.
Joseph Bfirst of all, you could make it so there is someone there to talk to. the station is in an internet dead zone it seems. so upon walking in and being told "it's all online, i cant help you in any way", it took almost an hour and a half to even get the keys for my truck. secondly, you could make it VERY clear ANYWHERE upon choosing this location that it is an online only pick up. i saw no indication anywhere that thats the way this location worked. Or maybe invest in getting that area a better wireless connection.
Edward SThe attendant was reading something with his feet up on the counter and waved me off when I told him I was returning a UHaul. The attendant was extremely confrontational. He had no interest in UHaul at all or anything associated with verifying that I had returned the unit clean with the appropriate gas level. Did not want to confirm the return, verify the gas level or even look at the truck at all. A few trucks were parked in a haphazard way and the attendant demanded that I back the truck in a very tight space that I was nearly impossible. My wife had to stand out in the rain giving me any directions she could. Literally took 5 full minutes to back into a ridiculous space with a couple of inches to spare. There was plenty of room to park on the other side of the building but he demanded I park in this space. When I asked him about checking the truck he approached me in a threatening manner putting his face literally inches from my face. I've moved all over the country and used lots of rental trucks. This location is destroying your credibility and the U-Haul brand. I called in to U-Haul to tell them that I had returned the truck, because I had ZERO confidence that they were going to report it and I had nothing to prove I had dropped it off. I talked to a customer service person Ayaan to make sure U-Haul knew where the truck was. Ayann told me a regional manager - Leon Lee was going to contact me via email or via phone, but nothing so far. If I could rate this experience lower than Poor I would.

Cristina FThe pick up was a little messy as the attendant at the location did not know about U-Haul pickups, and there were lock boxes with keys. We did not know that. So we had to call the local number an the guy on the phone was very helpful and walked us through the process.
Subhasish PWish I could remember the gentleman's name in Upton but he was courteous and friendly. Simple and quick return of the UHaul. What made it even easier was that this drop off location was also a gas station. Great experience overall.
JOE HBooked and picked up a 15 foot truck for my move at Upton Getty BP. Had a pleasant and wonderful experience from pick up to drop off. The guy at the front desk was courteous and explained everything well. Overall, had an excellent experience and would come back to rent from this location again.

Kelli FAttendant said "I have nothing to do with any of that, you better call and do it online". Was difficult to do anything on website (poor connection at location and no Wi-Fi, UHaul website had my order wrong and kept booting me to home page when I would try to change it to how my order was supposed to have been set up). After 15+ minutes waiting for phone representative, I was finally connected to a human. Oscar was very helpful in fixing website issues over the phone. Process was frustrating and I will not choose to do business with UHaul in the future based on this experience.
