The attendant was reading something with his feet up on the counter and waved me off when I told him I was returning a UHaul. The attendant was extremely confrontational. He had no interest in UHaul at all or anything associated with verifying that I had returned the unit clean with the appropriate gas level. Did not want to confirm the return, verify the gas level or even look at the truck at all. A few trucks were parked in a haphazard way and the attendant demanded that I back the truck in a very tight space that I was nearly impossible. My wife had to stand out in the rain giving me any directions she could. Literally took 5 full minutes to back into a ridiculous space with a couple of inches to spare. There was plenty of room to park on the other side of the building but he demanded I park in this space. When I asked him about checking the truck he approached me in a threatening manner putting his face literally inches from my face. I've moved all over the country and used lots of rental trucks. This location is destroying your credibility and the U-Haul brand. I called in to U-Haul to tell them that I had returned the truck, because I had ZERO confidence that they were going to report it and I had nothing to prove I had dropped it off. I talked to a customer service person Ayaan to make sure U-Haul knew where the truck was. Ayann told me a regional manager - Leon Lee was going to contact me via email or via phone, but nothing so far. If I could rate this experience lower than Poor I would.

Process was frustrating and I will not choose to do business with UHaul in the future based on this experience.
