Trailer was ok , the parking ,loading and return area suck. Upon returning the trailer I had to drop the trailer then move ahead a few feet so the trailer could be moved out of my way so I could leave then the exit got blocked by someone returning a truck and they totally blocked the drive so I had to turn around and use the other exit.While waiting for traffic to clear another u haul truck pulled up to enter the property but couldn't get in until I left and when I pulled out onto the street the waiting truck came close to hitting me as he raced into the lot. I assume being impatient with me which was okay until I noticed that it was a uhaul employee. That bothers me and I will try to use a different locationwhen possible from now on.

When the truck was returned after hours we tried using tje website and it would not work at all. We tried 4 different phones and ended up calling the customer service line to complete the return. Something needs to be done to fix the website to make it easier to pick up and return.

Hire more staff. The location seemed overburdened. Even after checking in online I waited about 15 minutes for service. Returning equipment took way longer than normal as well.

I called in to reserve a 10 ft truck, was told this was set. Was called back after I had no other alternatives and told I had been lied to and I'd have to settle for the 9 ft truck, which was "essentially the same size". Turns out this not only is a ft shorter, but about half as high. I had to take several more trips than I should have had to because of this. I had to work with less than ideal moving van space and wasted several hours of my day.

They said the rental was due four days before I dropped it off. That was so wrong. I picked up the truck on July 22nd because the place in Star, ID was closed on a Sunday. When I reserved the U-Haul, I told them I was loading it on July 23rd, and moving on July 24th to Kimberly, ID. I also told them I couldn't get into my jouse until July 26th, so I would return the truck on July 26. I was also told to return the truck to the Kimberly location. The Twin Falls location called me Monday morning wanting to know where the truck was. I told them I was driving it to Kimberly and would return it on the 26th. I was not happy to be charged a three day late fee of basically $85. I will not be using U-Haul again and will let people know how I was treated.

Parking and traffic flow difficult to get in and out. Spots used to advertise vehicles/ trailers are needed for customers. Also - having the propane traffic increases rental wait times. Staff very friendly!!

This facility is past due for a software/internet provider upgrade. Both two times I've used this loacation the internet was down and we had to wait and or deal with cash only.

I don't remember names, but the man and lady here were fantastic to work with. I stopped by a week before I needed a truck and he answered all of my questions. Then when it came time to make the reservations, these two people were awesome. A few questions and I was set up with very detailed instructions of how it all works. I would use U-Haul again and I think I will invite these two people to my next Birthday Party. Thank You.

I scheduled my rental truck a month before I moved. I called the week before and confirmed that I would pick up my truck at 8:00 a.m. The day before I received a confirmation call and was told that I could pick up my truck at noon. I realize that the local store has no control over this, but you should not be able to schedule a specific time if it can't be accommodated. This put me behind that day, and I had friends there to help load the truck. They managed to get me a truck by about 10:00 a.m. They did try to compensate my inconvenience. By giving my dollies and furniture pads for free.

Only issue: bottleneck at the rental desk, with line of waiting renters. Cant be stressed enough that on moving day renters want nothing more to be in/out quickly to get to the moving task!

Easy drop off! Friendly employee. Uhaul 1800# for customer service terrible! Still no contact since Memorial Day now it is 4th of July! If a company says they will refund money and contact you back it is not professional to do so.
