Correctly set up the reservation the first time. The assistant manager fixed one of the days we were charged but I had to call to get my original reservation fixed even after I told them the days I originally paid for. This is the last time we will ever use uhaul

Fuck u haul....nothing g but a pain in my ass....had to pick up a trailer 250 miles short....and then charged 2 extra days when I told them friday.....customer service over the phone sucked....where I turned it in at said we where good then charged me for 2 days after I left.....turn in agent was a dip shit...fuck uhaul mr bair I. Twin was a good dude

The staff did everything they could to help me. They were very cordial. I cannot say the same for Uhaul as a company. I had to drive 118 miles to pick up the truck and trailer I rented and was only given a 12 hour notice. I'm extremely angry about that and want to warn and tell as many people as possible about how lousy this part of their service is. I was not compensated for the time or mileage. Rent from someone else if at all possible.

Great customer service. The employees were very courteous, honest, and helpful. They made our moving process easy. The computer process needs updating. Sometimes it was too slow and the program froze to the point the employees had to start, making it slower and inconvenient for the customer.

Make they know how to run the computer had one reserved later called the 1800 number an it mysteriously was cancelled an they didn't have a 15ft one after they said we had to rent that size cuz they had no footers it was a big confusing mess.

I was in a hurry for a 26' truck so accepted one with a crack in the windshield. Other than the crack, the truck was well maintained and did great through the HOT desert! The truck did surprising well on gas for such a large vehicle. Gentleman at pick up helped me with loading instructions and how to drive such a big truck...thanks!

The employee assumed that we knew everything, which was frustrating. He began taking pictures from his personal phone of my drivers license, which was even more frustrating and when asked about it he brushed it of and said everyone does it. My uhual was reserved weeks before and they even confirmed the night before my pickup day, then when I get there nothing was ready, if that was the case then why reserve or call and ask when I'm picking it up. Equipment worked great, but never did a walk around checklist from the beginning asked him to put stickers where there were dents and scratches so I didn't get charged, and who knows if he even documented it because all he did was slap a sticker and continue to hook up the trailer. Trailer was covered in mud and rocks which I swept off. Then they preached to me returning it clean or I'll be charged. Like I said equipment worked which I am thankful for but customer services needs some work. Classes may be helpful.

Clearly explain pricing. Reserved a van for 2p.m. for 4 hours. They didn't have the 10 ft van I requested till 530. Ended up getting and paying the higher price for a 17 ft van. Use and returned after hours at 8 pm. Charged for 2 days use. Never once did anyone tell me I would have to pay extra for checking in after the store closed. Had the van for a whole 3 hours and it cost $122. Just ridiculous.

You charged me for a hitch and light wiring. I fell that is not right and I should be able to return them because I only needed them for this one occurrence. Basically you ripped me off of $56 and I am not happy, so refund me and then I will recommend you to others
