the running lights on the rear of the unit were broken. I was stopped by the police for driving in the dark with no lights on. The UHaul store in Ogden Utah blue the fuses on my car leaving me with no lights on the back of my car. He blamed the lack of lights on the rear of the car for the trailer not working. I replaced the car fuse and got the lights back on but still no trailer. The Twin Falls store basically said "sorry" and that was it. NOT good customer service all round.

We were scheduled to pick up at a different location, then it was changed to this one. We arrived to pick up our truck, only to find out that our reservation had been cancelled and we were not notified. The person at the counter was awesome about still renting us a truck, but couldn't explain why someone had cancelled our reservation

We had issues trying to pay the initial amount due to my card not transferring over from the reservation. When I called to amend this, I was given an answering service and had to wait for a call back. Meanwhile, the people who were there to pick up the truck had to stand around and wait. This was frustrating for both parties.

I want to clarify that the only reason for no on the equipment was because the truck was left at this location the night before. It was not clean, but not the fault of this location.

This location shouldn't offer 24-hour drop-off. The fence seemed unnecessary and only allowed such a small place to park the truck and trailer.

Very polite and had a sense of humor. Suggested I call corporate when his computer paperwork did not match what I was told for billing. Great guy that also runs an Asian food market on location. Found food I like and have not seen in years. Wondeful find while returning the U-Haul truck.

Attendant gave us directions to back the trailer in one of two areas but there was not enough room between parked trucks/trailers and curbs to back the trailer.

If you can make a reservation before getting the U-Haul, that makes the pick up go faster I believe.

Hidden fees killed me. I thought I was going to pay 570 according to the website. When I received the total is was over 800 dollars for a 15 foot truck! On top of that two locations were fighting to see which location I was going to choose. I chose the closer location. The location in Vancouver was calling and texting me telling me to still pick up the truck even though I had already picked one up. They were threatening to charge me for the Other location if I didn’t cancel the reservation even though it was Uhaul who texted me saying I could pick it up in Gresham!

It says 24 he drop off yet they have really no where for you to drop off a truck after hours. Also i was very upset someone changed my drop off location an cut down my approved mileage at time of original booking then to be over charged an drive 20 miles from my house in addition.

I reserved the truck approx. 3 weeks in advance and thought my price was confirmed with my reservation. When I picked up the truck I learned the price had doubled and was told the final price is "subject to change" on the day of pickup. I find this very misleading to the consumer and a disservice to your customers.
