This is one of those â€œI have a primary business here already and I guess I'll be a Uhaul location too.â€ kind of locations. I'm not really a fan of those. Everything about the experience was just â€œOkâ€. I spotted two areas of damage that were not already stickered, and one of the guys there took a picture with his cell phone, as did I, which was all fine. But overall, this location is a market and eatery... that's the focus of the business, as well it should be. It's definitely not the â€œUHaulâ€ experience, with pros that work for Uhaul and are 100% focused on UHaul.Aaron W.

The inside of the cabin had dried mud on the floor and the cargo area had not been cleaned. There was dirt, dirty paper towels and a coat hanger left in there.Gary B.
I had no problems with the facilities. I did however have a problem with corporate. I spoke to someone on the phone who could not help me but said someone would contact me in 7-10 days. I heard from no one. I emailed someone asking for a review and again no response. I called a second time and I've gotten no help. I will never rent from uhaul again and if any one asks me for a recommendation I will not be recommending youHeather S.

Even with the so called express method of check-in, it took 1/2 hour to get the keys. We were told other customers to the store were higher priority and we would have to wait. The vehicle was so pinned into a space blocked by another U-Haul truck and other U-Haul trailers that it took another 1/2 hour to tediously get the vehicle out without any damage.Rene S.

The manager at the store was very rude when he had to come help figure out what was wrong with things told me that if I didn't pay ones again the $52.68 that i would be charge for another day for the u-haul that i was returning to them. I had to use two different cards and one $118.08 cents was pending and the other card took the $52.68 out then i had to pay another $52.47 before he said he could close the account. Than when said he was done with me and i could call u-haul to get it figured out and when i did call the guy on the card got a voice mail than he called and someone picked up. I paid the $52.47 and closed the account. Not sure what happened. Would not recommend having to deal with the manager guy there at all he is very unkind and rude. The first person that helped me was very nice and was trying to figure out what was going on also. So not really sure how to rate my experience because one when dealing with the ladies was great however when i had to deal with the manager guy it was not a good experience.Katrina B.

There was no acceptable parking set up for UHaul return. A phone pole and a different poorly parked truck blocked the spot they may have wanted me to use. Employee parked vehicles at this Chinese restaurant were blocking the deep parking spots, and a small UHaul trailer was also parked in a deep space. I ended up parking in what is probably intended to be customers parking when two Chinese restaurant customers moved there vehicles which were parked in two end to end parking spaces. This lot is overfilled and too much traffic. One customer was pretty angry as I was traversing this unacceptable parking lot. This truck has been a driving nightmare and the parking experience had me very annoyed. I hereby request refund or reimbursement of cash due to handling the excessive stress of the poor vehicle and for the waste of my time with parking logistics.CHRISTOPHER S.

The pickup facility miscalculated the distance from from old Marsing address to the new Twin Falls residence. The Twin Falls drop off location charged $101.00 extra from the miscalculated mileage and a full additional day rental bringing the rental back, merely 3 hours late. The attendant was rude, cocky, unprofessional and arrogant. I will NEVER DEAL WITH THAT TWIN FALLS U-HAUL LOCATION AGAIN!Douglas D. E.

The online check in waa not working and the store took 30 minutes. The truck was filthy inside. Cup holders sticky with spilled drinks, sunflower seeds and potato chips on the floor. Every single surface was dirty. I can't imagine renting from Uhaul again after this experience.Xavier Charter S M.
THEY SWITCHED ME OUT OF TRUCKS WHILE I WAS I A TRUCK AND IT ONLY HAD A 1/4 OF A TANK OF GAS. WAS NEVER TOLD THERE WAS A 30 MILE RANGE HOW CAN THEY KNOW WHAT THE MILES ON THERE WERE WHEN THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG TRUCK? This locations customer service sucked they were rude and were unable to explain there deposit policies. I paid a 60 dollar deposit that was charged to my card but when it came time to refund me my deposit I was informed it could take up to 5 days for the credit to be credited back to my account. They should have explained that to me before I used my card. I would have used cash instead of letting them keep my cash tied up for a week. They also tried to charge me for gas even though I had informed them beforehand the truck didn't have the amount of gas they said it had and they told me to just fill it back up to were it was when I started. I also had to return to the store and get a second receipt because the first receipt didn't show my 60 dollar deposit. I felt like they where trieing to scam me out of my deposit which I still haven't received back yet and they were also trieing to scam extra gas money out of me and when I questioned them about these charges they were very rude and were unable to answer my questions. I would never recommend this place to anyone.Curtis W.

the running lights on the rear of the unit were broken. I was stopped by the police for driving in the dark with no lights on. The UHaul store in Ogden Utah blue the fuses on my car leaving me with no lights on the back of my car. He blamed the lack of lights on the rear of the car for the trailer not working. I replaced the car fuse and got the lights back on but still no trailer. The Twin Falls store basically said "sorry" and that was it. NOT good customer service all round.Ann G.
